"I debated on this review, but decided I could not give an outstanding rating. My wife and I come here frequently and this is the first time I have had a less than perfect experience here. I took my wife here for a Valentine’s lunch on Ash Wednesday and had a later reservation as we were attending church service first. The food was outstanding and the service was outstanding until I inquired about having some tea for myself and wife and possibly dessert but was told the kitchen was now closed. I was so taken back as we were not told before hand and asked if we would like anything else. This was not the response I would have expected at a 5 star hotel. I didn’t want to be nit-picky but this was not an inexpensive lunch, I ordered a bottle of sparkling rose and it was a special occasion. However , shortly after another server came by and inquired if we needed anything else and I told her I wanted some tea for my wife and myself but was told you were no longer serving. She immediately responded we absolutely could have tea. So she saved the day! If you have a later reservation you will need to inquire if this will cause any problems with a leisurely lunch."

"When you want to have a good time with good people, immediately think of MCK. I had the most incredible birthday celebration thanks to Grace and Mitch (and our server whose name I can’t remember because she kept the shots coming lol I think Anna? . From booking/reserving my table and planning for the rest of the night, I didn’t have to lift a finger. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating— this is southern hospitality at its finest. Now, the ambiance in MCK is so grown and sophisticated which I love. But that’s truly just the cherry on top because unlike everything else in our social media-driven world, the food absolutely matches the vibes. I highly recommend the lamb chops and the mussels. The drinks are SO GOOD!! I’ll never be back in Atlanta and NOT stop here. After dinner we headed to the lounge and I don’t remember much of that, but all the video footage I was sent shows it was also a good time. Thank you Grace and Mitch so so so much for the most unforgettable birthday ever!!!"

"Our server Nikki made some terrific recommendations for food and wine. Everything was delicious and the service wonderful. The mussels and the trout stood out with us that evening. Because it was a special occasion- my birthday- they brought the most divine desserts with the entertainer singing Happy Birthday! "I visited this restaurant last weekend with my friends, and it was a fantastic experience! I ordered the grilled salmon accompanied by a mix of half greens and half grains. I also opted for a side of ginger dressing, which really enhanced the flavors of the dish. The food arrived quickly, and the waitstaff was very friendly. Though there were only a few tables indoors, the outdoor dining area looked appealing for nice weather. I’m not sure about the parking situation since we walked there."

"We had high expectations for the Humble Pie, based on excellent online reviews. Ultimately, the Humble pie underdelivered. Here are the details: Ambiance Service: A The open, airy, and welcoming décor was a real plus. Service was courteous and attentive. Appetizer – Jumbo House Wings: C- Totally pedestrian… truly nothing special. You can find better wings at Wing Stop. Appetizer – Not So Humble Fries: B+ I’m partial to thick, bulgy fries, yet these were quite thin. But they were good… flavorful and crunchy. Entrees – Steak and Eggs: D+ We ordered the steak medium rare, yet it arrived well done. Very little flavor to this dish… You can eat better steak and eggs at IHOP. Entrées – 2 Pizzas: B We ordered both the Short Rib Philly and the Carnivore. Both were decent to good, but a far cry from special. Mocktail – Mojito: C+ It was basically lemonade… I also was disappointed with the menu. We arrived at 11:45am and expected to order from their single “All-Day” menu. Yet because it was before 12pm, we were forced to order from their brunch menu. Excuse me? Why is it called “All-Day” menu if it’s not really all-day? And it was only 10 to 15 minutes before noon and exceptions can’t be made? Before tipping, we paid $130.68 for our meal (3 people, water, one mocktail, 2 appetizers, 3 entrees, no dessert, no alcohol). Ultimately, we expected at 5-star experience and were given a 3-star meal at best. We will not be returning."

"Wow, wow... how can I have more to say. I will try. The restaurant is such a perfect bearing of Istanbul. From the lights as you come in to the tiles on the floor, everything in-between brought memories back from my days in Istanbul and the food gave me flash backs to wonderfully delightful taste in a the land away. My son was playing it safe and got a more plain item of the menu, wife and I got more delightfully turkish items, he enjoyed it till he tried our dishes and then he was upset with his choice, so he said go big or go home and enjoy your meal. To the restaurant, thank you. To the people who stumble across this review, make the plans to visit this location, you WILL make this a favorite in your memories. Update, 5.31.24 My wife said I die NOW I die happy, Great food, Great company, Great atmosphere!"

"Let me start by saying that the service and atmosphere were impeccable! Extreme attention to detail. I brought my friend for her birthday, I let them know her name and the color of her hair and they were able to go off of that to greet her by name and the personal touches were very nice. The atmosphere is deep and masculine which I like as well. Giving this 3 stars because of the food, which is the whole point of a restaurant, right? everything was plated nicely, but incredibly over salted… like extremely so. Granted, I think if I would have spoken up about it, I’m sure that the staff would have quickly whisked it away and prepared a new plate for me, but I didn’t want to wait. I had the bolognese and the broccolini as a side. I could only handle eating a very small portion because it was so salty it overpowered any other flavors I could have gotten out of the meal. Maybe it was an off-night or a new chef. I would give this place another try for the service and atmosphere, but if I ordered anything that came out that salty again, I would definitely have to send it back. I will say, the bread was impeccable. A suggestion to the servers: if you are going to give feedback/berate another server for a mistake, make sure it’s off the dining floor away from eyesight and earshot of the guests. I would have never noticed any flaws in service had I not heard the servers getting stern feedback 3-4 times throughout the course of our meal."

"I received cold soup twice during my visit. It was 53 degrees outside and windy, so the whole point of getting soup was to warm up. Unfortunately, it was still cold, and when I asked if it could be heated, the server said they couldn't do that. She offered to get me soup from the bottom of the container, but it was still cold. I never expected this from them. I ended up spending $40 on cold soup, which is really disappointing. To make matters worse, the server kept suggesting that I could just take it home and heat it up. But I'm about to get on a plane, so that’s not helpful at all—just a waste of my money."

"Amazing place, we stayed at Sonder and this was right below. We enjoyed our stay at the bar so much with Hendry we stayed for 4 hours. We had edamame, XIAO LONG BAO dumplings, multiples drinks and food to go. Would love to come back though we don’t live here. Will recommend to all of our friends in the area. "Went here a couple times on our last trip! Got one of the last parking spots each time. It's a self order restaurant where you walk up to a tablet and place your order and take a number. The digital interface was simple to use and offered a good user experience. When placing your order you grab a number and put that in. If taken out, they call your number when ready, otherwise they bring it out to your table on the large patio outside. We both loved our shakes, peach cobbler and strawberry glazed donut. The shake oddly tasted just like the doughnut! The burger patios were well seasoned for a fast food restaurant. I enjoyed the Carolina BBQ burger which came with deep fried pickles, smoky bacon and the specialty BBQ sauce. My wife had the Shack Stack which comes with a burger patty and Shroom deep fried patty. She loves mushrooms and this did not disappoint. The patio is a nice spot to eat a meal."

"My favorite wing place in Atlanta. I come here at least once a week. The food is delicious and very affordable. The women here are all beautiful and kind, depending on how you treat them. Read that again. My favorite item on the menu is their Philly egg rolls. I’ve had both steak and chicken. Both are good but I recommend steak. The best eggs rolls I’ve ever eaten. They are crunchy very big in size and so flavorful. The sweet chili sauce that they’re topped with is chefs kiss. I do wish they came with a side of that for dipping. I recommend getting some on the side. I’ve literally eaten everything on the menu. The food is made with love. I really love how they have normal foods on the menu. Things you grew up on. I get that birthday party at the park in the summer feeling eating some of the items. Lol but seriously. The hot dogs are good. I recommend hot honey money tenders as well. I’ve went as far as their baked beans and Mac n cheese. Didn’t disappoint. Chile the hot dogs are made on the grill with a lil burnt piece. I love it here. Alfredo good, wings tiny but I don’t like big chicken personally. The nachos are made with Doritos the real hood way. Definitely have my vote based off that alone. I always get a small side of beef nachos no matter what I order. The milkshakes are soooo good as well. When ordering here be sure to check the menu online. Two of their menu screens are blacked out and you’ll be mad if you miss out on something you didn’t even know they had. The milkshake flavors are endless. I recommend strawberry cheesecake. Long story short go here for lunch."

"Recently went here for Easter brunch. They have a nice environment inside and a large outdoor seating area. They had live entertainment, an electronic violinist, playing inside who seemed very interesting and entertaining when I visited the restroom. I would recommend adding a method for the outside guests to hear the music being played, considering it 's such a large outdoor seating area... almost as large as the inside.As far as my food... it was alright. I ordered the short rib that was paired with potatoes au gratin in a cheese sauce. The portion seemed small for $25 and it had no seasoning whatsoever. We had to ask for salt and pepper to jazz it up. I also opted for dessert and ordered the peanut butter pie. The pie was surprisingly large... almost bigger than my entree and definitely shareable. The pie was really light and refreshing. I only ate a small portion and decided to take it home to finish. Unfortunately, the pie melted by the time I made it home (30 min. . When I opened the box, the only thing standing and solid was the crust. I definitely do not recommend taking the pie to go.Be sure to take your parking ticket in with you as they do validate parking.Parking: Park in the garage and near the escalators. Easy access to wherever you need to go."

"Me and my friends have been here a handful of times, and the last time we went. It was pouring raining when it was time to leave and we were standing by the door waiting for a ride when 2 random guys decided to start fighting they threw one guy outside in the rain and then all of a sudden they started pushing. Everybody females and all outside in the pouring rain literally physically pushing us even though we explain to them we’re just waiting for our ride. They were pushing us talking about We are closed when there were 5 minutes before they closed there were a ton of people still in the building ! "I went for a veggie plate that included dressing, cabbage, black-eyed peas, and macaroni and cheese. The macaroni and cheese and black-eyed peas were delicious, but unfortunately, the other items didn’t meet my expectations. I’m not a fan of gravy and believe that food should stand on its own without extra embellishments. The dressing was extremely dry and didn’t appeal to me, although the concept was nice. The cabbage was undercooked and quite crunchy. I had hoped to order potato salad, but to my surprise, it contained bacon. That was a first for me! I ended up going to a nearby restaurant that could offer me a potato salad without bacon. All in all, while I appreciate the opportunity to try this place, I’m not sure I’d return. However, I encourage others to give it a shot and see for themselves!"

"Price adds up when you incorporate the Uber eats/DoorDash fees and a worthy tip. I appreciate all my blessings. The fries appear to be the right type, but something was off about the chew, maybe it’s the shipment whereas they would taste better in store, but I do get fries delivered and they held better than these which makes me think this batch may be off in store, even though they appear Correct. $7 large is fair based off this portion size. The sandwiches were wrapped perfectly. The white powder bread is unique (you’ll have a the white mouth), but I would choose a different bread. It’s tough to chew, and my jaws were tired of chewing after half a sandwich. The beef sausage and potatoes are savory, but I think the sausage could be sliced differently and it will appear more fancy as opposed to the small slices. It was ok. The ingredients would probably taste better in a bowl with crackers or toast. The veggie falafel sandwich with the cabbage was actually more interesting. The flavors popped more surprisingly. I’m not saying I would order this often, I’m saying it was a good surprise. The hummus was delicious. I thought there was more in the container, but it didn’t have depth, just a surface layer scoop still delicious. I appreciate a good green side salad. Some places serve you iceberg or something basic. I appreciate their homemade dressing, but it was too pungent with lemon or lime juice. The cucumber salad appeared to have the same dressing already on it, and it wasn’t so pungent mixed in already. I imagine the water from the tomatoes and cucumbers could have condensed it unless they use a little different dressing on that cucumber heirloom salad. The raisin rice was the star. Amazing. The deal rice was buttery tasty regular in a good way but the raisin rice is the star. Zoug sauce is cilantro tasting good. I didn’t need the extra bread, but I had to try it. It’s Bread, nothing overly special regarding bread flavor. I was looking for something other than a sandwich and kabobs and for that reason this place gives me lunch vibes. It was my first time trying so even though I would have preferred something different for dinner I had to try it."
