Very intimate. Service was great and the food was good. I’ll be trying their brunch soon.

This experience was so delightful everything I put into my mouth gave me great joy and excited my palate like nothing I've ever tasted. The wait staff was so professional and so fast. The food came to the table hot fresh fast and served with joy.

Absolutely incompetent servers and management.They messed up multiple of my party's orders and instead of just adjusting it they still charged wrong amounts. In addition, they overcharged over $20 for my food! When asked about it, they said they already ran the card and can't refund it. That's absolute BS and lazy. Lastly, they added a service charge without clearly indicating it. Scammy and disgusting practices. DO NOT EAT HERE!

This was my 1st anniversary with my wife , Roberta… The staff at the Americano was nothing short of amazing… Our waitress Kat was very attentive and knowledgeable and accommodating… She made us feel special and nothing was a problem… Aaron. The manager came over to us and made sure our dinner was great and was veery friendly and made sure we had everything we needed to make our experience superb!!!! The food was very good, but the service was terrible. Our server was attentive and pleasant at the start and then disappeared. Empty drink glasses, no check ins. Even when a different server finally brought the check, no one picked it up and we had to walk it up to the counter. Considering the pricing, this was not a quality experience. This was our first time at The Americano but it will not be our last. The restaurant is beautifully appointed throughout and the staff are very astute and pay close attention to your needs. Ambiance is amazing. We had a lot of fun with Trey in the bar area and Katherine, our waitress. You can tell this restaurant is led well by upper management who has an exquisite eye on attention to detail. The food was impeccable- we had several courses of which all were impressive and delicious. Kudos to Jovan Duncan for leading a professional, well-rounded team!

On last Sunday, I attended the Jazz brunch. My server was Tiffany and she did a great job making my visit pleasurable. The Caesar salad was fresh and crisp, setting a delightful tone for the meal. I ordered the steak and eggs; the filet was cooked to perfection, and the eggs were fluffy with just the right amount of cheese. The various sauces accompanying the steak complemented it wonderfully. To top it all off, the espresso martini was the best after-dinner dessert drink I've ever had! The trumpeter did a fantastic job entertaining the crowd with upbeat and contemporary music. The manager, AB, checked on guests to ensure everyone’s visit was pleasant and it was! I will definitely be back.

Let me start by saying that the service and atmosphere were impeccable! Extreme attention to detail. I brought my friend for her birthday, I let them know her name and the color of her hair and they were able to go off of that to greet her by name and the personal touches were very nice. The atmosphere is deep and masculine which I like as well. Giving this 3 stars because of the food, which is the whole point of a restaurant, right? everything was plated nicely, but incredibly over salted… like extremely so. Granted, I think if I would have spoken up about it, I’m sure that the staff would have quickly whisked it away and prepared a new plate for me, but I didn’t want to wait. I had the bol...
