"I've always enjoyed this place, but my experience today was disappointing. I ordered extra crispy wings, but what I received was barely cooked. I focused on the flats since they were a bit more well-done, but eventually, I had to tell the waitress that I wasn't satisfied and reminded her that I had specifically asked for crispy wings. Despite my complaints about peeling off rubbery skin and struggling to pull off some meat, my entire table agreed that the wings were undercooked. When she returned, she only brought back five wings out of the ten I ordered, explaining that the kitchen had given her a hard time. I told her it wasn't her fault, but that I felt compelled to write a review on Google. This level of service would never have happened under the previous owners. If you're looking for great wings at a reasonable price, I recommend going to Mark's in Simpson instead, as Windor charges $15 and seems to have lost focus on customer satisfaction."
