"To start with, this place is so disgusting, when you to the restaurant, you go to the cashier and they provide you with a menu, they ask you to go and sit and they assign you a table, then they ask you to go back to the cashier and pay for whatever you are eating and they also ask you to pay, You go back to your table and they take your food to you, if you need anything, spoon fork or even vegetables, you have to get up and get them from an area next to the cashier, When you finish eating, they ask you to pick up your dishes. And put the away for them. Besides all of these, it's so pricey. Will never go back to this place."

"My husband and I visited on a Wednesday night. We had not been for a long time. Poutine is now called Disco Fries , and while good, they weren 't as good as I remembered. I had the Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken--Tasty. My husband, The Birria Burger. He seemed to enjoy it. The service and staff were excellent! Definitely not a place to go if you are looking for someplace to converse quietly and relax. The inescapable TVs(at least one on every wall) were doing battle with the piped in music."

"We stopped for dinner. The decor is reminiscent of what English style pubs might be like. Large selection of beers and other cocktails. We tried a few things on the menu. Our entrees both arrived barely warm. The Shepard 's pie would have been much better if it was actually hot. Same with baked cod and mashed potatoes, which were also cool and bland. We had soup and a dinner salad and those were pretty good. I feel like there is microwaving or another form of reheating involved in the cooking here because we ordered a dessert that was a reheated brownie type cake with ice cream. The loo was quite dark and didn 't have TP in the stall, so I had to go searching in other stalls... which was not a surprising end to the visit. Our server was pleasant and attentive. The bill was about 65-70.00 with no drinks for 2."

"This spot was suggested to us by a local business and I regret to say that I was so badly disappointed. The staff did not seem genuinely friendly and the food was average, if not, less. I was unhappy with the lack of options on the menu and the fact that I was charged $6 for just 3 French toast alone. The waitress had to leave our table 3 separate times in the midst of taking our order because the cook/owner kept distracting her. I ordered a hot tea which the waitress forgot to bring 3 times. I finally received the tea without a cup or anything to put in it. I also didn't get any syrup for the French toast I ordered but made sure everyone had ketchup for their hashbrowns. After our food was delivered our waitress never came to our table to see if we needed any other assistance and I had to wait an extra 10 minutes to even try to locate an employee, that wasn't being over worked, to get me some cream and syrup. We finished our food and hadn't noticed the waitress had laid our order on the table in the most illegible writing so now I am really hoping there weren't any extra charges from the previous negative reviews I'd seen about hidden fees. I go to the counter to pay only to find they're CASH ONLY. Was there a sign upon entry? No. Was it explained to us when we ordered? No. I assumed there had to be some notification somewhere. So I ask the hostess and she just pointed to the small print on the bottom corner on the front of the menu. Luckily they have an atm at the entrance that charges you $3 to pull money out to pay your bill To sum this all up, I will not be coming back and I will not suggest anyone come here due to the horrible service we received and complete facade of customer service this place provides. Honorable mentions: the women's bathroom is the equivalent of a shoebox. When hot water spilled on the table, it turned brown from the lack of proper cleaning to the tables. It's definitely got the 50s feel by the lack of diversity by the employees and customers."

"My family orders take out pizza from here FREQUENTLY. The bottom crust has never been soggy or burnt. The dough flavor is very good. They have 3 kinds of crust, and we have always enjoyed the standard crust, which has a braided edge, so I can 't judge the other two. My husband has always enjoyed the plain garlic bread, however, the consistency of how done it is varies all the time, but we have a toaster oven and can adjust to his liking. The pizza toppings we 've used have been excellent and well portioned (not skimpy). Total pizza flavor is very good. Value for food also good, reasonable prices. Able to order late!! We eat late so this is a big plus. Phone ahead, min 20 minutes for pizza. Can eat in , NOT for children, this is a bar."

"I firmly believe that Rockford would not be as sweet if it were not for Sugar Jones. I have been going to sugar Jones since they were in their first shop off of Rural and have never tried anything that I didn't instantly love. Not only do their cupcakes look amazing, they taste amazing too! But let me tell you about their donuts....they are UNBELEIVABLE. The churro donut literally melts in your mouth. The locations are always clean and the staff is polite and patient. If you haven't tried Sugar Jones yet yo are really missing out! If you end up going to KBQ next-door make sure you try the cheesecake bingsu, the cheesecake is made by sugar jones!"

"Best breakfast shop in Rockford hands down. We came on a family trip from Georgia to Rockford and had to stop for some food, we cane to the waffle shop because my dad came there last tike he was here and it was amazing. Jennifer was our waitress and she was excellent we even asked her about hotels and she gave us great recommendations about not only inns but entertainment as well. We came back the ne t day just because the food and service were sooooo goodddd. I had the all meat skillet with avocado and rasin toast and it was the best food ive tasted since we got here, absolutely delicious and the cinnamon french toast my god it was like heaven was in your mouth absolutely amazing food and people. Looks like we had a piece of southern hospitality up north. 100 outh of 10 woukd try again."

"Our friends’ group had the pleasure of stopping by Fozzy’s last night after we had dinner near by. The DJ is awesome! Loved his energy and his ability to spin a good cultural mix of music. They place was packed and I loved the atmosphere. Our server was attentive too, she returned promptly to see if we wanted to order more drinks. Unfortunately we decided to leave after one drink as our entire group agreed our drinks tasted more like juice and less like any alcohol. This is from someone who is certified by the state in responsible beverage service. No worries at Fozzy’s you will be under served."

"Part 4 Day 26 : Sakura For the first time having this roll, I was impressed because I usually don 't really care for the honey wasabi sauce, but it went really well with the eel sauce! Personally, I love raw rolls, so I was super excited to try this one! On top, there is salmon, tuna, and red snapper! I wouldn 't change anything about this roll because it 's already delicious! Day 27 : Surf Turf I really liked this roll! The black panther roll was good but I like this one because there 's more to it since there 's mushrooms and the sauce on it! The black panther was just a little more dry in my opinion. I didn 't think I would care for this roll because of all the sauce but I ended up really liking it. The volcano sauce has the perfect amount of spice too! I think I would order this again in the future! Day 28: Tiger This roll was my go to when I first started trying different types of rolls! It has the perfect amount of spice and spicy tuna to make the perfect raw roll! The crunch on top gives it a little texture too. This is a great roll to try if you 're trying to expand or try new raw rolls! I would definitely order this again in the future since it 's a favorite of mine! Day 29 : Zombie I’ve actually been wanting to try this roll and it was soo good that I think it 's now one of my favorites! I loved the BBQ eel with the shrimp and avocado combination a lot! I wasn 't sure if I would like the honey wasabi on top but after trying it, it goes really well with the other ingredients in the roll. I will definitely be ordering this one again in the future!"

"My husband requested that I take him, our children and my in-laws here for Father’s Day. So we made a reservation. On the way he raved to his parents about how good the food is and how much they’ll love the cod. We were seated relatively fast though 15 minutes past our reservation time. We all ordered the fried cod platter. Then the children had kids meals. Then we proceeded to wait over a full hour for our food. When it was eventually brought out two cod platters were cold. One “4 piece cod platter” had 3 pieces. One kid’s meal was cold. We let the server know. She said she’d have it remade and took the cold meals away. Then quickly brought out the cod platters again in less than 5 min. I’m guessing they just refried the fish because it was hard, and saturated in grease. The entire bottom of my plate was covered in a thick layer of grease. We didn’t have time to ask for better because half the table was halfway done with their meal already. We had to ask 2 more times for the missing piece of fish. My husband had to ask 3 times for tartar sauce because instead of bringing enough for the table of people eating fish they’d bring one little half filled cup on a plate every time. I understand it was busy and we were patient in waiting the amount of time we did. The food and service were not acceptable and it was a disappointing Father’s Day dinner out. So we left with our in laws thanking us for a meal they didn’t enjoy and us feeling let down by a place we had previously had a good experiences. I felt like we were begging for proper food and service. Not even including the tip I spent $121 on this mess. So unfortunately they’ve lost customers now. I’d have to say I will not recommend."

He was a male and it was approximately 11pm. No cameras caught him but multiple people witnessed it. I’m hoping for some one to be able to possibly get his license cause he’s a regular or for witnesses to come forward. I would like to continue going here but I’m worried another driver will hit my car. It’s not fair you got to leave while I have to deal with the consequences i was trying to enjoy my evening. I just hope he’s found so other people won’t get their night runnied this summer."

The toppings were falling off as I tried to lift a slice, which was a sign of things to come. Upon tasting the pizza, I was disappointed to find that it was both doughy and overly salty. Even after taking another bite, the experience did not improve. I felt like I had wasted my money on the $19.75 pizza, plus a $4 tip. When I called the restaurant to express my dissatisfaction, they seemed uninterested and claimed that the pizza had been cooked thoroughly. During the conversation, I realized that I had mistakenly called Napoli's Pizza, a place I had stopped frequenting a year ago due to biting into something hard and brown in one of their pizzas, which made me ill. It dawned on me that I had intended to call NINO'S PIZZA instead. Feeling frustrated, I decided to throw the Napoli's Pizza in the trash and make myself a chicken sandwich instead."

"I have eaten at this restaurant before. And I tried the gyro this time. I received it, and it was very dry. I ate about half the meat, The meat was very overcooked, and over crispy on areas, not juicy and very dry. What I did eat I had to keep dipping it into the taziki sauce (not a good sauce) couldn't eat the pita it was very dry and cold. I couldn't even bite into it I had to use a knife and fork. When I went up to pay and I was asked how everything was I told them my food was very dry. I should have taken a picture of my plate, because the girl went and asked two different people about what to do when I complain, and then the waitress after she put my plate into One of the bus bins, went back and pulled it out and act like she didn't see all the dry food that was left on it. Which could have fallen right into the bus tub. And they didn't do anything about it didn't even apologize. Very disappointed, I probably will not go back. I know everybody has a bad day, but to not even apologize or even say anything to me regarding it is ridiculous. I wasn't looking for a discount but they asked me how it was, I'm sorry they didn't like my answer."
