I have been coming here for at least 4 years and have never been disappointed. Some of the BEST sushi in Rockford and the service is always great!! My son and I could eat here every single day!!

Disgusting. Fly in my delivery. Yes, this IS Hachi Sushi's location unless they just changed their containers within the last 24 hours. Yes, I have the actual receipt from DoorDash as well and was refunded.

Really good sushi, spring rolls and hibachi noodles, everything is always consistent. Atmosphere is okay, and employees are very friendly most of the time. The girl with blue hair needs better customer service skills. Other than that this place is great little sushi joint! Voir le carte

Love this place so much! Their sushi is so good as well as their poke bowls. They recently did some redecorating inside and are giving out these super cute reusable bags and have their logos on stuff now. Makes me so happy to see that their business is doing well and that they’re growing!

There’s no option of zero star, because this location deserves it. The restaurant doesn’t give a sh… about customers. They simply don’t care and just want to make as much profits as possible. I personally would not recommend this restaurant to any of my friends and definitely not want to bring my family back here ever again!

Worst experience- greeted by a very non friendly cashier, ordered chicken fried rice it was bland with grissly chicken, California spicey tuna rolls were not flavorful-seaweed wrap was not fresh funny texture, krap eggroll were nasty also. Took food back we were afraid to eat an was not offered any exchange or reimbursement so we walked out spent $32 an still starving! Do not recommend this place. Voir le carte

Wish I can give them 0 stars. Website says $35 for party tray B went to pick up my order and they tried to charge me $55! I showed them their website for pricing and even called the store to show them. False advertising and pricing. Guy was a total tool and tried to say the website isn’t theirs. Yet I called them via the website and has all of their information. More than once my raw sushi has been died (red) to simulate another (fish) that was of a sushi order , being made of a (control) stock is absolutely out of line. .Of course when approached, pretentious behavior is thrown back with interests in the identity of me and my order .
