"I went to this restaurant for dinner with my daughter and baby. When we arrived, no one greeted us, so I had to ask the manager if we should seat ourselves. The manager simply pointed to a table and said someone would bring a high chair, but no one ever did. Another couple who came in after us was immediately greeted, seated, and given menus, while we were completely ignored. In the end, we decided to leave. Overall, the service was very poor and I would give it a rating of 1 out of 5."

"I went to this restaurant tonight to celebrate my wedding anniversary with my husband. I want to start by mentioning that the service was excellent—staff were very attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, the food was a different story. I ordered the ribeye steak, and my husband chose the NY strip steak, both cooked medium. However, they arrived swimming in butter and oil. We even asked for a second plate, hoping to drain some of the excess, but it only soaked through to the new plate as well. The meat made both of us feel unwell at the table. We also tried the Brussels sprouts and grilled asparagus, both of which were overly oily. The presentation of the food was quite sloppy; the steaks looked as if they were just tossed onto the plate and were actually well-done instead of medium. I cannot recommend dining at this restaurant."

"Did a lot of asking around googling looking for quality Mexican food. Reviews in Richmond can be quite confusing but I believed in what I was seeing here so we went. And they did not disappoint at all! Starting from the amazing Shrimp Tostadas with Black Bean Spread through to the Pork Chili Verde. Quality food all the way! They serve plenty of the old faithfuls here for those looking for a cheese Quesadilla, but we were looking for more authentic and they delivered on every front. And the Guadalajara Margarita was amazing. Will be hard to not get that every time we return, which will be soon!"

"As a pizza enthusiast, I recently had my first experience at Giuseppe’s Pizza. I ordered takeout, selecting two medium pizzas—one cheese and one pepperoni—along with an order of wings. The pizza was solid; I preferred the classic cheese over the pepperoni. The service was friendly and quick. The pizzas weren't overly greasy, but I still think Sergio's or Candella's have the edge. That said, Giuseppe's is definitely worth a visit, and I plan to order again to check for consistency. I asked for the wings to be extra crispy, but they were just average."

"After seeing the episode on Food Network highlighting this place we were able to taste the greatness for ourselves. Parking was easy, seating is plentiful and the a/c was nice and cool. Our server was awesome and walked us through the menu with ease. The Meatball Sub was the best I’ve had, tasty, flavorful, above expectations. We sampled a few dishes,-eggplant with mostaccioli and mozzarella, veal parmigiana sandwich. The next biggest standout was the large thin pizza with sausage, mushrooms, black olives. The Italian sausage was just as tasty as the meatballs in their own way. Overall it’s a great place with awesome food. Prices were good, atmosphere pleasant with lots of TVs showing various sports. "Mr. Randy and his team are truly exceptional. They made my mother’s celebration one that she and her guests will cherish forever. The staff was personable, friendly, and incredibly professional. They were not only accommodating, but also proactive, anticipating the needs of everyone involved. The food was delicious, and the presentation was excellent. The private room, the "Library," was just right for the intimate gathering I had envisioned. If you haven’t yet had the chance to visit, you are really missing out on a gem. "Solid rice bowls and beautiful large portions. I got the steak fried rice Hibachi bowl, and my wife got the emperor (Shrimp, Scallops and Steak) fried rice bowl. Her scalops were boiled, so she hadn't eaten at the end. My bowl started a bit bland until I grabbed the sauces from another table (we decided to sit outside, but these tables had no sauces yet). However between the 2 house sauces, the whole taste changed and was really good! I didn't think I could finish it, but once it had all the taste, I just couldn't stop until it was gone!"

"We visited this restaurant a few weeks ago on a Sunday night when most other places were closed. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The food was subpar, and the service left much to be desired. When we arrived, the waitress greeted us by mentioning that it was fortunate we came in then, as they were closing an hour early that evening. Throughout our meal, it became clear that she was more focused on chatting with her friend at the bar than attending to us, which meant we often had to interrupt her to get her attention. I ordered the spaghetti, and it honestly felt like I was paying $12 for what tasted like $2 pasta. The bread appetizer was simply hard, dry crust without any accompaniments. "Lunch with my sister was fantastic. We shared a basket of fresh chips and delicious salsa. Even though we ordered from the lunch menu, the portions were huge. I took home half of the Texas Fajitas, that were so good! My sister loved the shrimpchimichanga. The margaritas are excellent. This is the first time I've dined at Mi Jalisco but I'll be back soon! Edit: We'vebeen back several times now and haven't been disappointed. The tacos and enchiladas have been delicious. We even decided to gothere for my birthday dinner back in July."

"It was a busy Sat night with a large private wine dinner. We sat at a bar area table, as other options were booked. It was cold there, as outside door frequently opened curtains into dining area usually opened by hostesses. Our waitress was excellent but she couldn’t make up for the setting or food. My husband had the Burrata with Asian pear appetizer seared Rockfish entree, both of which he found adequate but not memorable. I had Chestnut soup (with smoked bacon savoy cabbage) Sage cavatelli pasta (with pumpkin, brown butter, amaretti poached egg). The soup was bland, with no flavors of chestnut or bacon. The pasta was barely warm, so I sent it back to be reheated. The pumpkin was a bit underdone again, there wasn’t much flavor in the pasta sauce, in spite of the ingredients. We had the pot de creme dessert it was good. I had really looked forward to this dinner, as friends had recently enjoyed dinner there. Maybe it was an off night or I made the wrong food choices, but we were disappointed. I’ll try another time but my husband said he won’t."

"I told him I wasn’t going to pay for an extra meal, so he reverted to charging me the original amount. I remained calm and composed—I was not rude, didn’t curse, or raise my voice—but I stood my ground. I waited for the correct meal to be brought out, and when another server delivered it, she took away one meal (which I thought was the incorrect one) and replaced it. I shrugged it off, thinking mistakes happen. However, it seemed that the host wasn’t suited for the hospitality industry, but that was out of my hands. Once I got home, I realized that the server hadn’t actually replaced a meal; she had simply taken one away. Moreover, the meal they provided still had onions in it, so it appeared they hadn’t corrected anything at all. It felt like they just wanted me to wait around while they sorted out their mistake. It seemed the rest of the staff was getting in on the drama as well. In the end, I paid for four meals but only received three. I wonder how the staff feels about that. I’ll need to call my credit card company to sort this out. As I mentioned earlier, that’s something for management to deal with."

"This place falsely advertised traditional , Greek cuisine. I was absolutely disgusted by the so-called moussaka and bland tasting green beans...I discovered that this business managed to expand. I do not know how when the food is so bad. This location microwaved the food when I visited my one and only time. I had a terrible headache from the salt/sodium in the food that appears to have come from some place like a wholesale club. The food was so horrible that I could not even eat it and I vowed to never return. I ate some of the bread, but could not stand the taste of the other food. I could not leave a review over a year ago because I could not find the place until today, 04Mar19, when I discovered there was more than one location. What was worse was that someone recommended this place. The moussaka at the other location had the same tomatoey smell as the first time I smelled it, which was disgusting and the green beans were bland. The pita bread was clearly store bought, not homemade. The moussaka should be a thick cream sauce not overflowing with tomato sauce and melted cheese. I was not impressed at all. If you are looking for traditional Greek cuisine, keep looking because this is not it. The pic with the neatly cut moussaka is what moussaka SHOULD look like. If you found this review to be helpful, please like it. The response to my review is ridiculous. A pic is worth a thousand words and I have only posted a review about each location. This food is NOT authentic Greek cuisine. Do yourself a favor and avoid Bell Greek Cuisine."

I then consulted with Mr. Randy-Owner- and he assured me that my mom would love it at Bella Mia and he was right. Mr. Randy and his staff are the absolute best. They helped make my mother’s celebration one she and her guests will never forget. They were personable, friendly, and extremely professional. They were accommodating, proactive, and anticipated the needs of my participants. The food was delicious and the presentation was top notch. The “Library” (private room) was perfect for the intimate gathering that I had envisioned. If you haven’t had the opportunity to visit you are missing a treat. I highly recommend this restaurant. "My two kids and I were looking for somewhere got breakfast after an appointment and saw Brick House Diner listed nearby so we gave it a try... And were pleasantly surprised! The staff was friendly, service quick and courteous, and the food delicious! Both children had the silver dollar pancakes with chocolate chips, which was a much more generous portion than many kids menu pancakes. I had the French toast meal with ham and apples. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and filling. We will definitely be back when on this side of town! Kid-friendliness: The kids menu had several activities that kept my 5 and 9 year old occupied the entire time until food arrived (which was very quick). The breakfast menu for kids is NOT on the kids menu, but on the main breakfast menu instead. Both kids were full after the silver dollar pancakes."
