"Decided to stop at Guidos at the Hangar in Rosamond (we Live in Santa Clarita and have eaten at the Guido’s out there several times and never had a problem). First of all, I placed the order online, paid for it and was told it would be ready to be picked up in 20 to 25 minutes. As soon as we paid for the order and received a confirmation, we received a second text message saying that, they were busier than usual and our order would now be ready in 35 to 50 minutes. Not really much that you can do after placing the order and paying for it online so we waited the full 50 minutes before our pizza was ready. The bartender brought out our pepperoni pizza , and she handed it to me, she said “ Let me know if the pizza is acceptable or if you would like me to have another one made.” I looked at the pizza and it was more than well done and that’s me being nice (the bartender is the only reason why I gave the service 2 stars, had she not given me the option to have another pizza made before I walked out the door, I would have been beyond upset when I opened up the box and saw a charcoaled pizza). I asked her how long it would take to make another one, and she said shouldn’t take more than 10 to 15 minutes (So why did I have to wait 50 minutes for the previous pizza). Needless to say, I waited for the pizza and when she brought this order out, she said this one is much better sorry for the inconvenience. I said no problem. Have a good weekend. The second pizza was undercooked, I will never eat at that Guidos again. I paid $40 for a large pepperoni pizza and an order of their cheese bites. The cheese bites were fried and tasted like grease. I wish I had kept to my rule about stopping at a pizza place in a smaller town like Rosamond, If the small town doesn’t have a big pizza chain restaurant like Round Table or Toppers, we just keep on driving. It was quite a disappointing experience. To my surprise when I googled pizza in Rosamond, it actually had 4 1/2 stars."

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. Normally, I'd never have a problem with this location. After all the negative comments and reviews I've read and heard about this location, I've been lucky to not have a bad experience until recently. I placed a mobileorder through the app, drove to the location and parked curbside. App said expect about 5 minutes for order to be out. While myfamily and I waited for our order, we watched people walk up to the doors, grab the handle to try to open only to find out it'slocked. They were closed. Employees were inside ignoring customers at the door. There were a few customers parked curbsidelikely waiting for their orders as well. I0 minutes go by, then 15 then 20 so I drpve to the drive thru and that was coned off.I parked again and walked up to the door and saw a sign that said sorry we're closed. Doesn't explain why. I understand it wasColumbus Day but I don't think McDonalds has ever closed on that holiday. I drove away bc we had somewhere to be and hoping thatmy amount of $14.24 wouldn't be deducted from my account. I thought if the location was closed, it would say so on the app orwouldn't allow you to even place an order but that wasn't the case. After a day or two, I cked my acct and the money was takenout when I didn't even receive any of the food I ordered bc it was closed. I tried calling the location numerous times and leftvoicemails with no calls back. I even contacted McDonalds support online and they've forwarded both my emails to theowner/manager of that specific location. I received nothing. This is a true disappointment and frustrated is an understatement.I'm boycotting this mcds."
