"The restaurant is not the same as it was many years ago. It has changed. The food is halfway decent if you compare it to other Chinese restaurants. The atmosphere is not really great. It could use a little cleaning. However, The customer service is not welcoming at all. They do not greet the customers with respect and warmth. They have a young teenage boy there that is extremely rude and very different when it comes to the patron. He clearly shows that he does not want to be there, nor does he care about the customers or the job so he shouldn’t be upfront because it is tempting me not to come back. Overall, it was a big disappointment and they need to change and get him off the register before he ruins everything."

"This was the first visit ever to a chicken salad chick.Number one please…Stop asking customers for tips on counter service and pay your team a living wage!Please!I wanna pay the price listed and that’s it!I should not HAVE to pay extra….Sandwich was good (chicken salad blt)Mac n cheese was NOT!The cashier was great! Sam!!! 5 stars!!!While looking at menu board was asked if ready to order. We needed more time.Revived food promptly. It was delivered to us.Poured our own drinks, cleared our own table at end of meal… and when we first sat down it was very wet and we used napkins which were already on table to dry it.Went to restroom before leaving and there was a queue (only 2 stalls), employee was cleaning it while we were in there.It was very clean and stoked."

"So I went to Subway this evening for dinner and I must say, I loved the lady working there. She was very kind and friendly. I was kind of concerned for her wondering if she ever gets any help because she has to make sandwiches and ring customers out but her humbling response was, it’s not that bad, she’s worked at busier locations. Also, the sandwiches she fixed were delicious. She definitely should be recognized for her Wonderful Customer Service! You’re amazing girly!"

"Absolutely 0 stars if I had the option. I made a door dash order with specific directions and options. I am Absolutely apauled at how they treat their customers when they completed the order WRONG! Not to mention. I was going to suvk it up and just eat it, but NO your bread has to STALE too! Isn't that against health regulations. Pretty sure you must always have fresh bread to serve. I got a 6in subway and a drink and it costed me $23 dollars! Yes, I'm beyond pissed as this was my dinner for tonight and IT WAS RUINED. Because the employee who made the subway didn't care. I understand you want to go home. But pulling 16 hours shifts all day (me) and then not having suitable food is not how a customer who loves subway should have been served. I would personally like a full refund just for the subway because it is not edible. I called to settle the matter and hanging up was the result.I'm not usually one to do something like this, but that was deliberate ignorance. You don't close till 10pm. You should have answered when I called.Horrible service."
