"Heard this place had a pizza buffet so we decided to drive and check it out. When my wife, our son and myself arrived we walked in and thought we must have misunderstood because we didn't see a buffet. The young lady at the desk informed us it was in the room to the left and we needed to pay at the counter we were at then we would receive plates and a small foam bowl and a small cup. We did as instructed and headed to the next room. When we walked in we noticed there was only 1 slice of cheese pizza. We got that for our son then sat down to wait. My wife then made herself a small salad while we waited. After 15 minutes I went back to the other room and asked if there was going to be any more pizza. I was informed it was in the oven. By this time several more families had came in and were also waiting. 10 minutes later a small pep and banana pepper pizza was placed in there. I asked the yound lady if by chance they were about to bring out more and possibly a pep or just a cheese pizza and she gave me a dirty look and said I guess we can put another one in the oven. We each got 1 slice so others could have 1 slice and picked the stuff off for our son the best we could. 20 minutes later there was still no other options and we were still very hungry. My wife and son were very disappointed and my wife said can we please just leave, this was such a waist of time and 35ish bucks. I agreed and we went home and just made pb&j sandwiches for each of us and agreed not to make that mistake again. I've taken the time to let everyone know that I could that this is not a pizza buffet. A pizza buffet has multiple pizza options ready for customers at all times. They have breadsticks and other readily available options. Be smart, take your money and just pick anywhere else. I understand this place is under new management but I have read reviews and it must have been changed over weeks ago by now. To get people to come back you absolutely need to step it up. If you can't properly perform and supply a pizza buffet, please take this option away. Learn and grow, not ignore and slow."

"Wow, look through the reviews for the last 6 months and you can tell that this place has definitely taken a turn for the worse! I've been here 3 times previously, thought the hibachi was great, even though the atmosphere there is fairly off putting. It's worse now. Food: They have REALLY down graded the portion sizes. I ordered scallop hibachi, as did my son, and we each were given 5 scallops. 5 small bay scallops. Rice and veggies. Soup that was luke warm, and salad that was swimming in dressing. Instead of bringing out whole pieces of uncut meat (beef filet, chicken breast, salmon, etc) They now bring out all the meat precut, so that they can make smaller meat portions. Everything was overly sauced and overcooked (this is all down to your chef though), but it was not what it used to be. You know how they do the shrimp toss and maybe throw a shrimp tail in their hat? They don't do that any more... because they don't give you shrimp any more as part of your appetizer. Service: I don't think the wait staff could have been more apathetic. The dead look in everyone's eyes. You can tell immediately from the hostess at the door, the server bringing drinks, and the chef cooking your meal... they wanted to be anywhere, but there. Atmosphere: When we showed up, the lone hibachi chef was quietly sitting on the sidewalk by the front door, smoking a cigarette, and playing on his phone. Once inside, you're greeted by a dimly lit restaurant that hasn't been updated in years. The second thing you notice is that NO ONE ELSE is there. The place is empty. After you're seated, you start to look around at your surroundings. Boxes stacked up in the corners. Supplies crowded together on other tables. Bags of rice stacked up in the hallway. Congratulations, you now get to have an overly-priced, underly-portioned, over-cooked meal, served by dead-eyed service, inside of an expansive supply closet. P.S. 200 feet south, there is a better restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"
