Our server Erich was very friendly. Food came out quick and was super good! Got the donut dippers to take home and they were amazing too.

I requested extra ranch for all of my chicken but did not receive it. The kids' meals did not come with milk. The loaded mashed potatoes I ordered were not actually loaded. Despite not wanting honey mustard, it was included in my order anyway.

Our waiter was incredibly kind and made sure we had everything we needed and more. We didn't catch her name, but she had a toothpick. The food was delicious and the service was excellent, making it one of the best Applebee's experiences. Thank you! Food: 5/5. Voir le carte

I believe this restaurant deserves a 5-star rating on DoorDash because I have never received an order missing items such as silverware, food, or drinks. They package everything nicely in boxes and containers, making it convenient to see if someone tampered with your food. Overall, I have always enjoyed their food and they have been prompt with their deliveries.

I absolutely love the food at Applebee's! However, there is a major issue with their service. I hate to say it, but the service is simply terrible. We were left sitting there until I finally had to get up and ask for a waiter. Despite the poor service, we still managed to enjoy the delicious bourbon street chicken. I suggest they hire more staff to improve their service quality.

I ordered breadsticks and alfredo sauce, yet I was the last one to get my food after more than 20 minutes. The workers sat 7 of us at a table, then came over after we were looking at the menu to tell us we were put at the wrong table and needed to move. One person ordered a steak and did not receive an actual steak. The food didn't taste bad and I've had better experiences before, hence why the rating isn't lower. Voir le carte

that's the worst thing I ever had. I'm just in a hotel that's too foot of these apples and it's the 3rd time that I've changed here in two weeks and nothing. the customer service is terrible, the personal that the locals care for, and they may sit an hour when their outta cityer like my own. get the whole personal or change who trains them because that is not a place where I want to spend my money, let alone tip what I do very well when I get treated correctly.

I was in front of one of them. I sat under a loudspeaker who was super loud and angry. we sat near a television that is super funny in a restaurant of all places. the short man who worked there was quite rude over the seat change. the place was not busy (wooow, I wonder why this could be) and there was no shortage of sitting so I did not ask the problem with a very simple and reasonable question to get a slightly better seat. this place redeemed with a wonderful server that works there, and the ground for the 2 stars instead of a star and we have tilted accordingly. I take my kids out to dinner once a week. It was just my daughter and I and she chose to go to Applebees this time. We're arrived at 6:10pm and found they were fairy busy- a 25-35 minute wait. We were ok with though so I put our names in snd we went back to the car and waited for 20 minutes just because it was fairly crowded in the waiting area. We came back and saw our name was still on the seating chart so we sat down in the waiting area and waited. And waited. And waited more.People came and were seated.
