Our server Erich was very friendly. Food came out quick and was super good! Got the donut dippers to take home and they were amazing too.

Our waiter was incredibly kind and made sure we had everything we needed and more. We didn't catch her name, but she had a toothpick. The food was delicious and the service was excellent, making it one of the best Applebee's experiences. Thank you! Food: 5/5.

My wife and and I stopped here during our vacation just for drinks before we headed back to our hotel. The service was awesome and so were the drinks! We had the Blue Hawaiian and Top Shelf L.I.T and we were not disappointed. I finished off with a nice tall glass of Octoberfest brew, which was also very good. Visualizza piatti

I absolutely love the food at Applebee's! However, there is a major issue with their service. I hate to say it, but the service is simply terrible. We were left sitting there until I finally had to get up and ask for a waiter. Despite the poor service, we still managed to enjoy the delicious bourbon street chicken. I suggest they hire more staff to improve their service quality.

Checked in to get a table was told it would be a 15 minute wait. Somehow lost all the reservations 45 minutes went by never did get a table. Finally after 1 hour waiting we got a table. Ordered our food FINALLY after being there for an hour and a half. Some of the employees was really rude and the food turned out not to be that good. We will never return to this place. Looks like they could use new management.

I ordered breadsticks and alfredo sauce, yet I was the last one to get my food after more than 20 minutes. The workers sat 7 of us at a table, then came over after we were looking at the menu to tell us we were put at the wrong table and needed to move. One person ordered a steak and did not receive an actual steak. The food didn't taste bad and I've had better experiences before, hence why the rating isn't lower. Visualizza piatti

This restaurant experience was absolutely embarrassing. We were told a 30 minute wait for a table for two with a high chair, despite there being more empty tables than occupied ones. Three young servers at the host stand were playing footsie with each other. They definitely need more staff; maybe one host and two additional servers would help. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and we will not be returning.

that's the worst thing I ever had. I'm just in a hotel that's too foot of these apples and it's the 3rd time that I've changed here in two weeks and nothing. the customer service is terrible, the personal that the locals care for, and they may sit an hour when their outta cityer like my own. get the whole personal or change who trains them because that is not a place where I want to spend my money, let alone tip what I do very well when I get treated correctly.

I was in front of one of them. I sat under a loudspeaker who was super loud and angry. we sat near a television that is super funny in a restaurant of all places. the short man who worked there was quite rude over the seat change. the place was not busy (wooow, I wonder why this could be) and there was no shortage of sitting so I did not ask the problem with a very simple and reasonable question to get a slightly better seat. this place redeemed with a wonderful server that works there, and the ground for the 2 stars instead of a star and we have tilted accordingly.
