"The definition of best place for me is a place where they value the customers as well as the food and that is what I exactly felt when I went in here. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They have a wonderful and different selection of sandwiches. It is my first time being in here and I was glad that the staff has a lot of recommendations. She is very confident and when I tasted the corned beef on rye sandwich that I ordered, she has the right to be confident because it was seriously goo. It has nothing special to it, it was just basically a simple sandwich with a huge portion and generous amount of corned beef. This place overall is great and must try!"

"We just got back home from a ridiculously horrid experience thanks to an unprofessional manager on duty named Cara. We picked up an expensive order from a nearby restaurant which included a free sundae for Teacher Appreciation Week, and decided to stop at this Panera to pickup a complimentary drink as part of the drink promo. We literally waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes thanks to the poorly designed drive through which prevents cars from driving out of the drive in the event that a customer changes their mind or there is an emergency. What angered us is that the car in front of us held up the line for 20 of that 45 minutes but that customer should have been instructed to pull up to a holding space until their order was brought to them. When we finally reached the pickup window, we asked for a manager and that was Cara who needs to be fired for incompetency! She lied and said she did not have staff to take orders to cars, yet we witnessed a worker who did just that for another customer who pulled to a wait space. We showed her the melted sundae and advised that our food was cold but she did not care, only saying there is nothing I can do She kept asking what I wanted and when I advised her to compensate me for my food order from the other restaurant, she said, again, she is not responsible for orders from someplace else. Why ask me? Furthermore, we tried calling twice to ask that they instruct the other customer in front of us to pull up but they never answered the phone. I was so mad, I left without the drink and thinking I will never return! Awful manager! Awful decision on Panera's part to hire Cara who is incapable of making common sense decisions."

"Honestly, this place deserves 4.5 stars. I ordered the cheese ravioli and somehow received two orders. They were practically swimming in meat sauce, and the ravioli were enormous—about 3 to 3.5 inches square. The flavors of the sauce, ravioli, and the Italian sausage I added were so delicious that I was salivating before every bite. It's been a long time since food made me feel that way; it was just incredible. The only thing missing was some garlic bread or a couple of breadsticks. Other than that, I now have at least three meals ready to heat up. Outstanding! I will definitely order again."

"Ordered Carryout on Saturday night. They were not busy at all nobody was in the restaurant the employee that took my carryout order wasn't busy at all sitting eating her food at the bar watching tv. I ordered 4 honey chicken dinners. Stated clearly multiple times i wanted the HONEY CHICKEN. After picking up my order and driving all the way home discovered that it wasn't honey Chicken but regular fried chicken. When I called back the employee who took my order stated that they can remake them if I call back any day and they would fix their error for free. Called the next day Sunday was told I couldn't get the order remade because they couldn't find the note the employee left (if she really left one). Said I had to call back next week when she is working again but nobody knows what day that is. THEY WERE DEAD THAT NIGHT NOBODY WAS THERE AND I WAS THE ONLY ORDER!!! STILL COULDNT GET IT RIGHT????? Will never go there in the future and will never recommend anybody go there in the future. My girlfriend raved about the honey chicken. But not worth the hassle dealing with the stupidity I had to deal with. Don't eat here they are very rude and customer service sucks. Really can't believe a simple order 4 dinners all the same thing not one thing was different and they couldn't even get it right."
