"This restaurant is significantly overpriced for what you're getting, which seems to be frozen food from Gordon Food Services. For $23, I received just a 1/3 cup of coleslaw in a plastic container and some frozen fries alongside what they called "Yellow Belly Perch." Not worth the money at all."

"Tried going here again after not for months! Seriously the worst Little Caesars in the thumb! They couldn?t even give me a refund because theyll get in ?trouble? (managers words) someone needs to come in and re train them on how to make pizzas! On topof that they take the time slip off it every time! (I?ve never ever had a little caesars do that) makes me believe they aren?tthrowing the pizzas out when they should be! Or they seriously need some re training! I got a hot and ready and bread stickythe pizza was as thin as the thin crust pizza and the cheese was like it?s been sitting for hours hard ! And the bread stickswhere hard and dry as a rock lead me to believe also old! I really hope the owners or the franchise does something to correctthing it?s giving little Caesars a terrible name! I would rather drive a hour to sanduskys because they actually know how to dostuff right and make a amazing pizza and bread sticks!"

"Maybe we went on an off day, but it was one of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve seen. As soon as we walked in, a waitress was complaining about her table and said “this table is ssing me off”. We sat down and she continued to complain about them, in front of the other customers. A couple sat next to us and waited a bit for menus. She came over, slammed their menus down and walked off without saying a word. Those customers were appalled and asked us what her problem was. When another waitress came to take their drink order, they let her know about the rudeness that had just happened. She said it wasn’t rudeness, but they were busy. The gentleman explained he didn’t do anything to warrant that treatment and she said “you know what, I’m not dealing with this” and walked away. The customers got up to leave, which led to both waitresses and customers arguing in the restaurant. After the customers left, they continued to bash them. Shortly after, they complained about another table asking for condiments before their food came. I have never witnessed such disregard towards patrons and rudeness from a waitstaff. We all know the restaurant industry is hit hard with staff shortages. But there’s no reason to take frustrations out on the people trying to patronize a business. And as business people, it’s never good to complain about customers in front of other customers. A regular there told us “that’s just how she is”. It’s not acceptable. I know the rudeness wasn’t aimed at us, but the whole experience was not good.We stayed for our food, only because we had already placed our order. The breakfast was one of the worst I’ve had. The sausage was inedible, the bacon tasted microwaved, and I couldn’t even cut into the ham. The hash browns were the only thing I could tolerate. We quickly ate what we could, paid and left.When I told friends about what happened, they couldn’t believe it. They frequent this establishment and had nothing but good things to say. I debated not doing this review. But if I can get the staff to realize some things, like complaining about customers, should be done later- not in front of a busy restaurant- then I’ve accomplished one thing. Working in the service or retail industry, especially with staff shortages and customers that can be rude, is hard. I 100% understand that. But in this case, no one was rude except the staff. The other reviews on here are great. So focus on the friendly, family atmosphere and good food. It may have been an off day. Just remember to not alienate those trying to patronize your business"

"I have going to Harbor beach and Port Hope since I was a little kid. I have never ever had this place until this weekend and I have to say I liked it, so did the rest of my party. I thought the amount of cheese was fine (especially for cold pizza! the pie's had a nice fluffy dough and the toppings were hearty and plentiful. My only issue is that toppings underneath the cheese, I don't mind the idea but it leads to the toppings slipping off the dough. Very good pizza though, I will be a returning customer when I go up with family in a few weeks. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2"

"What a great little place on the eastern side of Michigan 's thumb ! Very interesting decor, clean, nice menu of made from scratch foods. Greek/mediterranean offerings as well as American foods. Chicken Shawarma sandwich and garlic sauce was good, and salad was very fresh. Various bottled beer sold too ! Only downfall, which was minor, is that it takes awhile to get the food, but it is made fresh and small staff here. Would definitely go back if I am in this area again !"
