Ordered Eggplant and Broccoli Rabe with sliced sausage stuffed breads for a get together with friends. They were the bomb!!Huge breads stuffed to the very ends, very reasonable priced!!

Food is very good. My family frequents takeout from Anthony's and are always satisfied. Haven't sat inside yet, only had takeaway but the experience with service has been fine. Nothing special but food is always ready on time.

On February 21, 2022, I visited the restaurant to order food. I waited for over 15 minutes just for two cold sandwiches, and during that time, many customers came in and left before me. When I finally inquired about my order, I found out that it hadn't even been prepared. I mention this not to highlight race, but it was noticeable that I was the only black patron there. Their Panini sandwiches are also outstanding, featuring a wide variety of options, freshly baked bread, and some incredibly creative toppings that make each bite absolutely delicious. If you find yourself near Cheshire or Wallingford—since they have two locations—you absolutely must try Anthony's pizza and their mouthwatering sandwiches! The service is exceptional, the ambiance is clean and welcoming, and as a family-run business, they truly make you feel special every time you walk in!

I’m not even sure which slices I ended up choosing—I had bacon on both, and one was a white pizza slice. I was a bit concerned about how long they might have been sitting there since it was almost 8 PM, but I didn’t feel like looking for another place. Fast forward to when my wife and I arrived at our hotel and opened the box to take a bite. I was pleasantly surprised—it was one of the best slices of pizza I’ve ever had, rivaling anything I’ve tried from New York to Italy, Germany, and all over the US. Another issue I encountered was with the young girl who assisted me. When I arrived, she took my name and went to check on my order. She mentioned I was early in a rather unfriendly manner. I was aware that I was early; however, when you order online, you don’t receive an estimated wait time until about five minutes after placing the order. I was about ten minutes early based on the one hour and twenty-minute estimate I received. I just wanted to see if my order had been completed early. When my order was finally ready, at the expected time, the same girl placed the pizza on the counter, said, "Your order is ready," and walked away without any pleasantries.
