"The worst service we've had anywhere in quite a few years. The waitress who i think was the manager or supervisor could care less about serving her customers. The restaurant wasn't busy, we had to wait an unorthodox amount of time for all of thefollowing: ordering our food, getting refills, getting boxes, and getting our check. The employees were gathered around thebar area chatting it up and watching the news. The salsa wasn't anything better than you could buy from a grocery store. Thechips were not salted, and were stale. Overall just mediocre Mexican food. Definitely will be passing up this restaurant inthe future. The only saving grace was the decor paintings on the tables seats."

"I went to this Chick-fil-A yesterday to buy some gift cards for the scouts who helped my son with his Eagle project. I asked a member of their team if I could purchase gift cards standing in that long ordering line because I needed 20 of them and didn't want to hold everyone up. He put me in touch with their manager who immediately began taking care of producing the gift cards I needed. While I was there, I saw their team members running food out for curbside pickup, delivering it to tables, I saw another member ask a lady if she would like some water while she was waiting on something other than a regular order. No lie, the customer service here is way above and beyond anything I've witnessed at the usual burger joints I've been to. Thanks for the outstanding and quick job, Middletown Chick-fil-A!"

"This is the place for Asian fusion in middletown! I have been coming here for years and I can't get over how good the sushi rolls tuna avocado and spicy crunchy crab meat are although it isn't very spicy which I like , flank steal teriyaki bento box is cooked perfect and the vegetables are always fresh.It's my go to lunch place I can count on for great food! The place is usually pretty empty which did worry me at first but now it is just my hidden gem. I'm guessing the location reduces the foot traffic to it but it is quiet and amazing so great for the customers who find it!Vegetarian options: My brother is a vegan and loves the roll options and tofu options. If he is happy with the place you will be as wellParking: Tom's of spots to park just be careful as people can come flying through from the pickup drive thru windowWheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and a ramp to go up for wheelchairsDietary restrictions: Great for vegetarians and vegans for sure. Not a boatload of options but enough for a dinner out or lunch spot."

"We had a party of 9 and a few things were going wrong to start. However, because our server was new we showed her some grace, and we had to pack a little patience. I ordered an appetizer of cheese dip, the first one was wrong and second one was verywatery. I explained to our server that I liked a more thickened cheese dip, and she agreed that it was watery (like milk). Shetold the manager my concern, and asked him if he would explain the different cheese sauces. All I was asking for was a thickercheese dip, NOT A REFUND. The Manager refused to come to our table, and he was also rude to the server. We still tipped theserver, and we DO NOT recommend this place. We paid for our drinks, and left. Very poor customer service!"

"I use to absolutely love the crispy chicken salad. They changed the chicken. It?s the chicken patty from the store it was mealy, rubbery and some was hard and unable to bite. I took pictures as I picked it out. I called the sore and spoke to the manager.She said it may be a different buyer and didn?t even offer to replace it with something else. She first acted as if I didn?tknow what I was talking about. I am normally a regular customer and love the owner. But now I?m done. You shouldn?t serve yourcustomers something you wouldn?t eat yourself. Bad customer service and new chicken isn?t real chicken. I didn?t request areplacement but I was surprised that you didn?t go look at the meat. I wouldn?t give it to my dog. I just wanted you to look atit your self, instead of trying to prove me wrong. I merely wanted you to be aware or what you are selling."
