This was our first visit to this local establishment. We enjoyed a lovely evening at Baci upstairs Italian restaurant. The space was warm and inviting. A gentleman played the piano during our meal making it extra lovely. Our food was delicious, served piping hot and promptly. We felt it was a good value for the price. Our wait staff was friendly and attentive. We'd go back.

Our party of nine (four adults and five children) dinates in Baci tonight, and although the food was very good, the service of the waitress was less than desirable. Our server, who did not know his name when approaching our table, was barely able to disguise his contempt (for what originally appeared as children, but turned out to be customers in general). He was short, didn't go over the specials with us and didn't even crack a smile. He plunked, instead of placed, our drinks down, never came to see how the food was, and responded to our attempts to friendly chatter with Curt answers. While I worked in Doylestown, PA, I had the opportunity to have dinner in the English pub part of this beautiful restaurant. And I sat at the bar at Heart of Oak Pub, which is located on the lower floor below the main restaurant. There are several different environments to have a meal, including on the balcony, and in a large yard occupied with tables and parasols, and illuminated in the evening. I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak with Provolone cheese, paprika and onions $0.75 per extra), which comes with fries. Service was great and fast.
