It's a delight to discover a great restaurant in a small town. The wrap-around bar creates a nice atmosphere, and the bartenders are friendly and attentive. The cocktails are well-crafted and reasonably priced. I enjoyed a fantastic steak, and all the sides were excellent too. I would definitely return to this spot when I'm in the area again.

One of my favorite spots for Magical Dining is The Backroom Steakhouse. We went out for a delightful date night and truly enjoyed the experience. We visited for the Magical Dining event and it was fantastic! I ordered the 10 oz NY Strip steak, which was cooked and seasoned to perfection—so tender and juicy. For the appetizer, we enjoyed six delicious coconut shrimp. The service was outstanding as well! Taylor was our bartender and server, and she was friendly with impeccable service. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5!

A friend recommended I check out the reviews and responses on your page, and to put it simply... they’re outstanding. Ed, I really admire the pride you take in your service, food, team, and overall establishment. As someone who has worked in hospitality my whole life, I can say that you’re addressing exactly what some of these individuals need to hear. What an incredible dining experience! I was thoroughly impressed by both the service and the food. The braised beef egg rolls were delicious and packed with meatiness. The coconut shrimp (6 pieces) were delightful as well. When it came to the steaks, they come with two sides, so I chose the Caesar salad and the smashed potatoes. My ribeye was cooked to perfection at medium doneness, which I really appreciated. The chocolate earthquake dessert was fantastic, with so many layers that I didn’t feel overwhelmed despite how rich it was. I’ll definitely be back for more dessert later! Now, let's talk about the food! I must commend them for their steak. We both opted for the NY strip, and when they say they serve Black Angus beef, they truly mean it. The meat was aged to perfection, seasoned just right, and each bite was consistently delicious. Cooked medium rare, it melted in our mouths instead of requiring much chewing—we absolutely loved it! For mushroom lovers, their side dish is a must-try and will not disappoint. While the other dishes we ordered were satisfactory, the steak was undoubtedly the highlight of the meal. I wish I could leave a rating of zero stars! I ordered a medium rare steak, but it arrived cooked medium well. The manager acknowledged the mistake and promised to remake it. However, the owner came out with the steak cut in half and insisted it looked perfect, asking if I really didn't want it. I explained that it was far too overcooked and requested a remake instead. By the time everyone at my table had finished their meals, mine still hadn't arrived despite me asking two different staff members about it.
