I love coming to this restaurant every few weeks to indulge my sweet tooth. The staff is friendly, and the shaved ice has just the right amount of flavor.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The food was not only delicious but also served piping hot, which left me very satisfied. It was so enjoyable that it nearly made me feel sleepy!

The staff was friendly and attentive, but unfortunately, the quality of the food and drinks didn’t meet our expectations. The mango smoothie had a sour and chalky taste, while the root beer and tropical cream were just average. The gummy bear drink was also only okay and felt like what you would typically expect. This was our first visit to BB in HH, and we will definitely be back! We would appreciate it if nutritional information could be made available for the menu items, especially for our three children with PKU who have special dietary needs. Ordering online was simple, and my soda was larger than I anticipated. The strawberry cheesecake shaved ice was a wonderful summer treat. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

On a busy Friday afternoon, the restaurant was bustling with cheerful kids and parents looking for a treat. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by an unfriendly employee with dark hair tied back in a ponytail. As I was about to place my order, I witnessed this same employee engage in an unprofessional confrontation with another customer. This establishment should be filled with happy, pleasant, and welcoming faces. If an employee cannot project a friendly demeanor, perhaps they should consider a different role, away from direct customer service.

The drive was quick and easy. It was my first visit to this restaurant, and I had some difficulty locating it, but it's conveniently situated right by the roundabout, next to Walmart. The ice cream was exceptionally smooth and tasty. I do wish there were a wider selection of juices available. The prices were a bit higher than I expected, but the portion sizes were quite generous. I also liked the charming little umbrella on my drink. The staff member who took our orders offered helpful suggestions for flavors. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely bring my family back here. Thank you! Voir le carte
