"I want to personally thank Jenna the manager for taking my son’s food allergies so seriously. She took the time to show me ingredients, tell me what is safe for him, and then personally got his order. She washed her hands, opens up new packages in front of me and I felt totally comfortable. This may seem my common sense, but in customer service, you would be surprised how people arent trained properly or don’t think food allergies are as serious as they are. She saw me again the next night and ran over to help me. She will never know how happy it made me to see my son eating ice cream with the rest of the family feeling “normal” Thank you Jenna"
