Dunkin' - Carte

Best coffee around but their prices are getting ridiculous and their new app is aweful!!! Takes forever to earn a free coffee anymore and I spend plenty going there on a regular basis!

ITS PUMPKIN SEASON!!!!! Honestly one of the better places for that taste in the area. Open really early. I love being able to get my coffee before work and not wait for me to open it up at my restaurant

Used drive-through. Blueberry muffin very dry and somewhat hard. One bite and it tasted like it was 3 days old. Went back inside store and they changed it for a fresh muffin. Why sell the stale ones at all? Voir le carte

Best dunkin I have been to in a while. Very fast and efficient- but I ordered on the mobile app and went in to pick it up, because the drive thru was probably 10 cars long. 3 coffees in 2 mins. Can't beat that.

Super clean and friendly staff. Quality product as well. Downside is there isn?t any AC on. Asked if they could turn it on as I was there with my kids and I was told ?it would be looked into?. Went into the establishment a couple days later still no ACon. I can?t imagine how the employees maintain.

Edit: They are slowly declining in every aspect. This location is always pretty busy but they seem to get through pretty quickly. I never really had a bad order. I should only give them 4 stars for charging .10 per pump of swirl or shot as theyare the only ones around that do it. Edit: Donuts have went down hill. The owners are cheap and it shows. The staff at Dunkin' tends to be unfriendly, particularly the young women at the drive-thru window, including one with short blonde hair and multiple ear piercings, along with another who has long black hair and braces. I've encountered some rude comments from them, and it's disappointing to see them on Snapchat while they're supposed to be working. Overall, the quality of service at Dunkin' has declined.

Stopped by Dunkin today for a drink/bite to eat and figured we would go inside to cool down as well due to the high temperatures. There was absolutely no air conditioning on inside. Service was good however we couldn't stay due to being veryhot inside. I felt so bad for the employees as they looked exhausted due to the heat however they stayed in high spirits. Thankyou to the amazing staff for preparing our food and drinks as it was very good.

I was a weekend customer here at this restaurant, it was great. Good food and everyone was nice until one day when I did a pick up order they said it wasn’t ready yet and to pull forward. I watched the gentleman come out and another customer come out of his car and handed him a bag (my food) that apparently the customer grabbed in error. Not the restaurants fault I understand. But Not only did the owner or employee whoever he was not even go back into the store, he came to my car window and with THE SAME BAG that the other customer just handed back to him which means they went through it (sandwiches were clearly unwrapped and touched and wrapped back up) and handed the bag to me.
