"Had to run quick for lunch, only took my debit card not thinking there might be a minimum purchase, I ordered 2 regular slices of pizza. Came to $4. 87, the girl asked if I was getting anything else I told her no but what is the minimum, she said $6.00.She asked if I wanted a fountain soda, I said sure a coke oh we don?t have coke. Well then a Mountain Dew, she said ok grabone from the refrigerator got a can of Mountain Dew my bill was 8.57. When I said why so high she then told me I got thespecial! 2 slices of pizza and a soda! 4.00 for a can of soda! I will never go there again! If I wasn?t in a hurry I would havehad her refund me my money."

"Hadn’t been to Bandits in a long time and traveled to Berwick for something different while everyone was home for the Holidays. It’s sad to see how poorly they do but thrive with limited choices in the area. All plastic cups at our table were dirty like they needed scrubbed after years of just going through a washer and being rinsed. There was a thick film buildup I could scrap off (picture- so I asked for a kids plastic cup without stating why) My fork was the same with white crust on the backside (pictured as well). We all sat with our jackets on since it was cold. Initial impressions made me question cleanliness of the kitchen and against my better judgment we didn’t cancel our food order. We were the first customers on a Friday afternoon and when we received our food the fries were cold like they were premade and sitting awhile. Mac and cheese meals for the kids were also cold they wouldn’t eat it. Food did come out quickly though which makes me wonder why it was so cold unless the environment cooled it down that quickly before coming to the table.. Restaurant needs to do better at cleaning their dish ware and getting food out before it gets cold and maybe turn the heat on so customers are not wearing their outerwear indoors. Waitress we had was nice but service wasn’t great especially when the restaurant only had three customers for the duration we were there. She kept asking me to remind her for things such as a cup of mayo when we made our orders.. after hearing the table behind me send back items they ordered to be removed off their check; I am thinking my experience isn’t abnormal. We don’t plan to make a special trip back anytime soon."

"Ok I just moved to Berwick. I ordered a cold sub. I asked for NO mayonnaise or any other goop. Brought it home: smothered in mayo. Today I thought I would try the cheese steak. I called in ordered the cheesesteak and specifically said NO Goop, gave examples. No mayo or ketchup or vinegar or anything other than meat cheese and veggies. Picked it up on my 1/2 hour lunch. Opened it when I got home. Cheesesteak with meat veggies and fricken tomato sauce???? Seriously, I’m done. I have no idea how to clarify. I called them, they said the order said everything, that included apparently marinara sauce. Even though I clarified everything but t no Goop. I did not specifically say no marinara sauce, because it’s not a pizza. However red sauce would be fall on not the broad NO GOOP OF ANY KIND area. It’s a shame, because it maybe a wonderful sandwich, if they would just listen. Do they not realize, thank God my allergies would not kill me, however some people have life threatening allergies. Others just want the order the way they specifically order it, so we can enjoy it."
