"Love this restaurant. Always consistently delicious. Love the Gobi Manchurian, I brought my kids this time and they even loved it. We also had the nachos. I'm vegan and this is something that isn't always easy to find. They are the best vegan nachos around. My kids loved the pizza. I tried the butter nut squash soup it was delicious and I was able to get it with gluten free bread. My husband tried the Thai Res Curry and liked it. He's not vegan/vegetarian but can always find something he likes on their menu. Definitely a great place especially if you are vegan or gf."

"All in all, this is a decent staple of Needham. I ordered a chicken gyro for takeout with a side of fries as well as an additional pita. It came with 3 sauces (two white and one red). A pro was that the portion was generous and filling, and the ratio of meat to veggies was great. However, the ingredients are just fresh-ish. Nothing particularly outstanding about the flavors in the gyro. In addition, there was no sign of feta! How could you have a gyro without feta?It's like peanut butter without jelly! As for the side dish, the flavor of the fries was pretty good but the consistency was soggy. This in combination with the sauces wasn't that great, as the sauces were extremely watery. Pita on the side, however, was delightful. This place gains stars for efficiency (food came out very fast), service, and generous portions. However, if you're looking for Greek food or gyros that are booming with flavor, check out another spot."

"Quick to become a favorite gem We’ve dined at The Farmhouse on several occasions, whether date night, couples night, or family night. Each offering has been individually notable as “that-was-worth-it” experiences. Last meal as a celebration to our daughter, we enjoyed an evening outside on the terrace high top- and wasn’t that fun for the kids. We enjoyed good apps, good drinks (cocktails mocktails , great conversations and great mains. Fresh ceviche followed by savory shrimp fettuccine- perfectly cooked (poached? tiger shrimp that melts in your mouth, with a clever saffron poisson sauce- and a surprise option, the tenderly-cooked duck breast with expertly roasted brussel sprouts and sweet potato purée. Voilà, merci! Pricey, though worth the extra coin. More importantly, our kids finished their meals off the kid menu- in fact, a very well cooked cut of salmon and al dente pasta- clean plate club! Thus overall, pleased with the sister restaurant of Buttercup (The Farmhouse is distinctively unique, in our view for hitting all the checks, whether a romantic dinner, engaging couples night out, or building memorable times with the family. "I celebrated my birthday this evening in this great restaurant. I am glad to say that it was a fabulous evening and the restaurant was undoubtedly one of the reasons for this successful celebration. The stuff collaborated in a gorgeous style, the cuisine was tasty and my guests were extremely joyful. We shall definitely return for more joyful events. thanks very much."

"The older bartenders obviously have always closed us RECHT before moving abroad, before bar parties should be closed with larger checks, which means we have not been tipped out accordingly. They were also not subtle about it, and we were told by another bartender that the tips we got were uncharacteristic low. I had a few friendly staff, but a handful of Catty Townie types, and 1 good shift manager (NOT the GM at the time) in my opinion, but would not work hands down here again. Leave this for anyone looking for a job if it's helpful."
