This has now been four times in a row that I have called and been placed on hold and then when they go to pick the phone up, they hang up on me. When I call back the phone is now turned off. I would rather somebody tell me that they are too busy to take my order or that it’s going to take a very long time for me to get my order then just be hung up on and Get no service at all.
