"Y'all this restaurant is one to brag on for sure! My fiance ordered the spicy bacon chicken club and I ordered the barbecue fries. Oh my gosh! The portions were definitely good size for the price. Bring on the flavor and I am in love! Cooked to order fresh makes it worth the wait but really didn't have to wait that long even though they were super busy. We highly recommend this spot and look forward to visiting again to try other menu items!"

"I just moved to Ashdown from Houston Texas and was looking for a good Mexican restaurant.My opinion of Poblanos was of a pretty disappointed nature.First thing I noticed when I walked in, complete silence, no music whatsoever, I visited at the start of Latin history month and was very disappointed by the silence.I ordered the Enchilada dinner, which comes with 2 enchiladas in various meats, I went with both beef covered in white queso.The food arrived relatively quickly, but that is where the compliments ended.There was no flavor to the enchiladas, or the beans or rice. The queso tasted like nothing at all. I had to heavily salt my food to taste anything at all, and last I checked I did not have the Rona'.The one thing I can say is that it at least was a good value, it's close in town being about a 15 minute walk from my home, and $10 for my meal to include drink is great.It just seemed like they took all of the Mexican out of the Mexican restaurant.I hope they do better in the future, but as for me? I'm taking the 20 or so minute drive to Loca Luna for my Mexican cravings fix."

"Read great reviews about this place and decided to give it a try. Drove 20 minutes to get there. We ordered a burger, chicken wrap and large fries. Ordred shake and float to go with meal. Waited over an hour, thought they were busy but then everyone after us got their food and some finished and left before we got served. Finished our float and shake way before we got our food.. Waitress lady was very nice and came by, told us they were waiting on our fries. Food wasn't bad but also wasn't as good as expected. Burger was overcooked to the point it was charred. Chicken wrap had alot of breading and not much anything else. The fries came out lukewarm. I honestly think they forgot about us cuz they obviously weren't waiting on some lukewarm fries and it does not take an hour and 15 min to make a burger and a cold wrap. Will not return."

"All I ordered was a coffee and fries. I gave her money and she closed the window. She came back and said they had to drop fresh fries and I would have to wait, cool! I told her i still needed my change and a receipt. You would have thought I asked for a national security clearance. After they got done dumping trash cans, throwing papers, etc, it looked like they were serving a financial crime search warrant up in there. She came back to the window and gave me my coffee. When I didn't leave, she asked me what I was waiting on, I said my food and my change. She completely forgot why I was there in about a 1.5 min time frame, then the manager came to the window and brought my receipt and also asked why I was still sitting there, still waiting on my fries. Then a different girl wanted to know what I was waiting on before the first girl somehow found my change and brought it to me. (She had to get my change from her manager). After explaining about 4 times that I was there in the drive through waiting for food, they finally brought me my fries about 10 mins later. The food was hot and great but the sorry service from everyone in that place, completely killed any chance for a good review they were going to get. McDonald's is always consistent!
