Really was hoping for more country style cooking. Food was kind of bland and not homemade. Everyone was super nice. The restaurant could really use a good cleaning. It wasn't filthy, but definitely some things hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. If we're in the area we might stop in again, but not on our go back list. "Jerry's has always been one of my favorites, but I was really let down by the hamburger I had today. The meat was so overcooked that it was unrecognizable, and the taste was terrible. I'm hoping this was just a one-time issue, so I plan to give them another chance. On a positive note, the onion rings were excellent."

"Recently, I decided to try their catering services for my mom's 81st birthday celebration, and once again, Jose and his team did not disappoint! The experience was absolutely phenomenal! Jose handled the delivery and setup, and he exceeded my expectations in every way. EVERYONE— and I really mean everyone— raved about the food! By the end of the night, we only had enough leftovers to fill one container to take home. They provide an incredible amount of chips and some of the best salsa you’ll find! If you're planning a catered event, do yourself a favor and call Poblanos to speak with Jose. You won’t be disappointed. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Jose and staff, for making this such a special night for my mom! "After checking the menu, I noticed they had a stuffed potato that I hadn't had in a long time. I made a deal with my friend: I would order the potato, and she would go for the pork. While we waited to order the large rib plate with pinto beans and potato salad for her, I ordered the loaded stuffed potato with chopped brisket and a side of fried okra. We also shared an apricot roasted cake and had some tea to drink. Everyone was pleased with their choices. We even shared bites from each other's plates, as we always do. I can confidently say everything we ordered was delicious. The only minor thing was that the okra could have been cooked for a few more minutes, but we finished everything. We'll definitely stop by again next time we're in the area."

"I was delayed for over an hour due to a train while trying to pick up my order at Ashdown. I called ahead to inform them that I would be late and they were very understanding. Eventually, I decided to go to Sonic instead where my order was ready and hot. I also grabbed some tater tots and a drink to go. The food was hot and the staff were friendly. Sonic remains my top choice for fast food."

"All I ordered was a coffee and fries. I gave her money and she closed the window. She came back and said they had to drop fresh fries and I would have to wait, cool! I told her i still needed my change and a receipt. You would have thought I asked for a national security clearance. After they got done dumping trash cans, throwing papers, etc, it looked like they were serving a financial crime search warrant up in there. She came back to the window and gave me my coffee. When I didn't leave, she asked me what I was waiting on, I said my food and my change. She completely forgot why I was there in about a 1.5 min time frame, then the manager came to the window and brought my receipt and also asked why I was still sitting there, still waiting on my fries. Then a different girl wanted to know what I was waiting on before the first girl somehow found my change and brought it to me. (She had to get my change from her manager). After explaining about 4 times that I was there in the drive through waiting for food, they finally brought me my fries about 10 mins later. The food was hot and great but the sorry service from everyone in that place, completely killed any chance for a good review they were going to get. McDonald's is always consistent!
