Cute little spot. I had a ham and cheese melt and the potatoe salad that was delicious. We also ordered some mini donuts and had powered sugar on it and it was served hot and fresh. It had a nice view of a mountain with a wrap around deck that had rocking chairs. Over all I was very happy with my visit and it was affordable.

I really love this place, but if you were planning to eat here today, they’re actually closed. There was no sign on the door, and their Google listing wasn't updated. I finally came across a last-minute post on Facebook. When I arrived at noon, there were several people waiting for them to open. They must have lost out on a lot of business. It might have been better to just close for Labor Day.

The ambiance is classic and captures a genuine country charm. The food has a nostalgic quality, reminiscent of a diner from the movies that the locals adore, and you can't help but feel it deserves more recognition. Although it's somewhat off the beaten path for many, the journey is absolutely worthwhile, as few places offer the same variety, quality, and flavor that this delightful little café provides. I had the pleasure of hosting a bridal shower here, and I must say, the event space is stunning! It features a beautiful barn door that connects to the charming café. While the café itself is cozy, everything on the menu is handmade, from the coffee to the salads and sandwiches. The only exception is the ice cream, which is delivered, but it's fantastic as well. This place is a hidden gem in Kings Mountain, and I truly believe everyone should visit!

I recently visited a delightful little coffee shop that I thoroughly enjoyed. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were friendly and attentive. My food and drink were served quickly, and I especially enjoyed the Fruity Pebble Frappe, though it was quite sweet. The spinach and feta quiche was a reasonable portion, but it was a bit dry and could have used more cheese. Nonetheless, I had a lovely experience overall and found it to be a perfect place to relax with a nice cup of coffee and a book. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I usually go to Big Red's for lunch but I always leave with a coffee and a mini donuts. Staff are friendly prompt, which I appreciate. I feel like I never have to wait long after ordering. The frappes are delicious the donuts specials change weekly, which are worth a weekly visit. The chicken salad sandwich croissant is amazing flavorful the turkey grinder is very satisfying. If you're looking for breakfast the bagels decent but the Belgian waffles are really tasty. You have the option of bar seating, tables, booth or a couch plus a couple of outdoor seating options. Overall it's a wonderful little cafe for lunch treats! Voir le carte
