everything was good enough for what it costs. the pasta was not so expensive, but was delicious and with good part. the pistachio pizza was exceptional. salat was also good. this place is an affordable but delicious Italian tariff.

You want to reduce climate change, be good to your heart and animals, don’t come here. We didn’t get the mozzarella. We didn’t get the Gorgonzola no change in pizza cost BUT we did request vegan cheese therefore add $4. This is a little, but very common restaurant behavior for those who don’t care about your planet

The quality has significantly decreased. The pizza we received today was completely burnt - the cheese and crust were both burnt. This is the worst pizza we have ever received! How could anyone put such a mess in a box for a customer, especially considering the $15 price tag? It seems like the management needs to seriously evaluate their staff. This restaurant is one of the few places in the city that offers a heated igloo for diners to enjoy outdoors. The waitstaff wear masks and never enter your igloo, instead using a small window to deliver food and drinks. We were pleased with everything we ordered, especially the pasta which we tried for the first time and really enjoyed. We typically stick to pizza when we visit, but we were happy with our decision to try something new.

I used to be a regular here. Not anymore. The service at this restaurant, particularly from the host, is terrible. I drove over on Friday night and arrived at 9:20 pm for a late dinner. The person who is acting as host told me she was no longer allowed to seat ables, even though the restaurant was mostly empty. She wouldn’t even allow us to sit at the bar. The place theoretically closes at 10 pm! What a continuing disappointment? I miss the old days.

This is a 5 star review of the staff making a mistake and how well they took care of it. I had ordered carry out and arrived on time to pick up the order. The staff accidentally gave my order to someone else as I was sitting there. They immediately told me they messed up, fast tracked a fresh order, and offered a refund without question. Excellent customer service and training to realize they made a mistake and then fix it right away. Also, the pizzas were excellent. Voir le carte

I was in Ann Arbor for appointments at Michigan Medicine and had lunch at Bigalora two days in a row with different friends. I absolutely love their food and service, and it was a great time catching up with friends I haven't seen since the start of the pandemic. My daughters also enjoyed their food when they visited me while I was working at the pediatric endocrinology division from 2011 to 2018. We first tried their food at a food truck event on the University of Michigan campus, and we were thrilled when they opened a brick and mortar location.

Very covid-safe! We were looking for a safe environment to go out to eat. We made a reservation for the outdoor igloos on their website. All staff were masked. The igloos were so cute! Lights and a little heater made a cozy environment. It was still chilly, so we had on sweaters and sat on our coats, since the metal chairs were frosty! There’s a little window that zips, where the wait staff can hand the food and drinks without entering the igloo and letting the heat out. We had an awesome night, highly recommend for anyone looking for a safe dining out experience!

On Google it says that the staff wear masks. I dined there yesterday and NONE of the staff was wearing masks. I felt extremely unsafe especially that the waiter had to get close to me to get my order since the restaurant was busy and noisy. I didn't feel safe there and I don't think I will dine or get take out from them anymore (at least until Covid is over). Moreover, I made a reservation a couple of days before and they sent me three reminders. Nevertheless, when I got there, they told me that they don't take reservations and that they made a mistake. They told me that they called me to let me know. They never called me!! They did seat me within 10 minutes after my arrival. Voir le carte
