1st time here. We were not disappointed. The burger was amazing. The pudding for my birthday was fantastic. The atmosphere is great. The prices are high, and you'll need a reservation as it gets super busy. Great stop before a Maverick's game. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I can’t believe it took me so long to discover this place! An amazing selection of bourbon kicks off the evening. For food we are doing American Wagyu with the Crispy Brussels with a banana pudding finish. Ask for Collin’s section and you’ve got a “chefs kiss” evening! SCC is definitely going in the rotation! The food was good, but both steaks were overcooked (Med came out Well first time and MedWell the second time). Really, there is no excuse when the streak is pre-sliced at delivery. The service was great. Ambiance was good vibes and good music, but seating at a high top in VERY HEAVY chairs made maneuvering using the restroom a challenge. I very rarely post negative reviews. However the service provided by the manager needs to be evaluated by their owner. My family had New Year’s Eve dinner here. Our waiter was fantastic and the food was great until the main course. My mom had asked for her steak to be well done no blood as she does not like pink steak. The waiter was receptive and made sure the kitchen knew. The food came out and her steak was very bloody, I would consider this medium at best. The waiter apologized and brought it back. 4.3 stars. 1st time to visit. Arrived 15m early and was told that they could not find a reservation under our name. They looked and looked and looked. We showed them the text message showing we had confirmed the reservation which helped as they saw that for some reason the system had cancelled our reservation. They sat us quickly afterwards.
