Tasty beer and burgers! We enjoyed relaxing in the beer garden watching the comings and goings of Cimarron. So glad we found this little local gem!

The beer selection is excellent, featuring a wide variety of styles. The burgers were solid in 2022, but the hot dogs from last year, 2021, were absolutely amazing.

I was really excited to try the hot dogs I had enjoyed last year, but they were no longer available. So, I decided to go to a different place. Additionally, there was an inappropriate sign outside. Voir le carte

I 'm giving three stars because it seems like they are trying. The beer garden is the best part. Very comfortable. The beers are pretty bland for craft beers and the ambiance inside is kinda 'Storage Place '.

Great DragonFly brews! The Mexican Lager was my favorite. On the current burger menu The VFH (Very Freaking Hot) Burger. OMG! Wow! The Jalapeño Bacon Jam on top the patty is very unique and delicious and yes, VFH! And you have to try a **** Maria at least once. Service was fun and friendly. We'll be back.

Staying in Cimarron and needed a meal. Very friendly owners, simple menu well done, tried two beers, an English bitter and a green chile amber (rich and tasty, not spicy). Get the house made green chile with your burger. Burgers, a chicken sandwich and a few sides (I had a tasty pasta salad). Simple, wholesome, fun place. Voir le carte

Honestly, there isn't much to do in Cimarron. Fortunately, Blü Dragonfly helps to alleviate the boredom. They serve hot dogs/brats which is appreciated. This is a brewery, just don't expect amazing beers. What I had was average at best with one being fairly awful. But I do appreciate them being here. At least you have the option in Cimarron of not drinking Coors, Bud, Miller and such.Stop by! Staff is friendly.

I'm not usually someone who writes reviews, but I was really frustrated after my recent visit. I went in to enjoy a chicken sandwich and a beer, but I was refused service for the alcohol because my ID wasn't turned horizontally. I just turned 21 four days ago, and since I live across the country, I can't update my license online. It's a disappointment because I really like the chicken sandwiches here, but after this experience, I won't be returning.

What a gem!!Even if you don’t imbibe..stop and talk with Colin, Erin…and any of the wonderful locals you’re bound to run into.The beverages- top notch brewer! Olin has 8-10 taps and something for everyone’s taste. A crisp Pilsner to a malty stout, try them all as you hang out and solve the worlds problems.The people- this place gave me a renewed hope for humanity. I was treated like family at the moment of walking in. People shook my hand, bought a round of beverages, and we swapped tales like old friends.
