I placed an online breakfast order at 10:25 am, I was told it will be ready in an hour (email confirmation was 11:20 am) but I got there at 12:10 am and guess what? It wasn't ready. I was behind this lady at the checkout line and she was ignored for about 15 mins, no one even acknowledged her until one of the employees told the manager to take care of us.
