My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. We were seated quickly and received excellent suggestions on what to order. The food was amazing, and the service was friendly, even though the restaurant was bustling with activity. Thank you, Bob Evans team!

I've fallen ill after every visit to this restaurant. Additionally, we found dark hair on our plate, and when we brought this to the attention of the manager, he claimed it didn’t belong to his staff. I placed an online breakfast order at 10:25 am, I was told it will be ready in an hour (email confirmation was 11:20 am) but I got there at 12:10 am and guess what? It wasn't ready. I was behind this lady at the checkout line and she was ignored for about 15 mins, no one even acknowledged her until one of the employees told the manager to take care of us.
