The People were very nice and friendly, the food and BBQ sauces were pretty bland. Did enjoy the banana pudding

The food is excellent. However, the website hours are not current. Aside from that, it's a nice place. Be sure to check out the daily specials, especially on Thursdays and Fridays.

Ordered the sliced smoked turkey to go along with the smoked apple sausage. The turkey was very moist and so flavorful. The sausage was great as well. I will be ordering again for Thanksgiving and will be back to try some of their other offerings Voir le carte

Local favorite. My last visit was disappointing because the pork belly, which I had once adored, did not meet my expectations. To be honest, it's the only dish I ever order here. However, this time it was absolutely PERFECT. We all have our off days, but this visit showed that they are consistently great. Thank you!

Just ordered the baby back family meal. Unfortunately, did not have a good experience. Ribs had very little flavor and were a bit tough to get off of the bone. Coleslaw had no flavor and baked beans had a weird texture and little flavor. When you spend this kind of money, you actually expect Southern BBQ but this did not resemble anything about southern bbq. too bad.

Delicious! Located off the Camino Del sur exit in penasquitos Carmel valley area. I ordered a hot chicken sandwich, pulled pork and sides BBQ beans and cole slaw. Each and every side was delicious. The potato salad had a special flavor with hint of mustard. The coleslaw was Perfect. The BBQ beans are also in a light sauce slathered with flavor. We were really disappointed after coming here for dinner. My wife was craving wings so she ordered waffle fries and wings. The waffle fries weren't waffle fries, they were undercooked crinkle cut fries; and the wings were a soggy mess. I had the baby back ribs. They were ok. I prefer my ribs sauced whereby these come dry and you can get sauce from a sauce station and pour it on yourself. I get it... some people do prefer their ribs dry, but some don't. I'd ask customers which they prefer and give them the option to have their ribs tossed in warm sauce. Anyway, we weren't fans and I don't see us coming back.

The food is delicious, but the online ordering experience leaves much to be desired, to put it mildly. The estimated wait time for orders doesn't accurately reflect the complexity of the items ordered. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes after already waiting 30 minutes in the store for my meal, which was compounded by the fact that they had to re-enter my entire order into the computer—incorrectly, I might add, on the first try. Refunds cannot be processed without returning to the store, so double-check your order before leaving. I haven 't logged into Yelp in years, but just reset my password and logged in to leave this review. Went there yesterday with a buddy of mine for the first time looking for some good bbq and a chill place to watch some nba playoffs and baseball on a nice sunday afternoon. The bar setup is small but super comfortable and BT has some seriously unique stuff on tap (including offerings from Ogopogo, Chapman Crafted, Original 40). Brad the pitmaster truly cares about the customers, which was obvious from his interactions with everybody who came in.
