Fun time at Bunratty Tavern! We dined here during a trivia night, so that was a very fun experience to have while eating. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about allergies (I have Celiac disease). The food was good, but nothing crazy. I would say the portions are pretty big too, so that was nice! These guys are great. We were supposed to have a large family event dinner at a private home and at the last minute we couldn't use the venue. We called Bunratty and with just a couple days' notice they put together a really nice, tasty private function for us. Pricing was reasonable, food was excellent, staff went out of their way to help serve older guests. Our guests commented about how friendly the service was, and how much they liked the tavern. I found this place online and the prices were reasonable and the menu looked appetizing. I went today with my daughter for lunch. I ordered the roast turkey, stuffing and cranberry sandwich. I asked for sourdough bread which tasted cheap not tangy and delicious as real sourdough should be. The stuffing tasted just like boxed Stove Top stuffing mix, which I dislike very much. My daughter ordered the shepherds pie and the meat and gravy tasted just like canned Dinty Moore Beef stew. Very unappetizing. The atmosphere and live music were pleasant. The waitress was slow though it wasn't busy. We normally give a restaurant a second try but the prices were higher than listed online and the quality... Voir le carte
