"Last week on our way to Grand Teton National Park, this place was really good! Food was fabulous, service was good — again good, but not great. So when we finished at the Grand Tetons this morning and were driving through this way again, we decided to stop in for another Thai dinner. We were the 2nd table to be seated after arriving at 5:04pm. We were originally seated right at the front door where the building across the street was shining the sun’s reflection into my husband’s eyes. So he asked to have another table (only one other table was still being used at the time). We were told told yes, so we moved to a table nearer the kitchen. Then we were totally ignored while several other tables began to fill up and were served waters and had their their drink orders and even their dinner orders taken. We had to stop someone to simply ask for waters. We sat patiently for quite some time waiting to be greeted, asked for our drink order and to order our dinner. It became obvious to us that we were being ignored on purpose for simply asking for a different table from where the building reflection wouldn’t be blinding my husband. So, after being ignored a good 15 minutes, we got up to leave. One server looked at us as we began to walk away from our table. I told her quietly that we were leaving because no one had come to help us (even though we were the 2nd group to arrive and 5 other tables had already placed their dinner orders). She had nothing to say to us and didn’t seem concerned about our mistreatment what so ever. I don’t care how good your food is, if you are rude to customers; especially rude on purpose — we will not stay to be mistreated. I highly recommend that you bypass this place while going through Rawlins. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other"

"What a delightful surprise! This steakhouse, which operates at night, serves Asian fusion dishes for lunch. We discovered this gem thanks to a local recommendation. While the service was a bit slow, the food definitely made the wait worthwhile. We stopped here on our way to our overnight stay and were concerned that the delay might affect our arrival time. As a suggestion, they could improve the speed of welcoming guests! I ordered the seafood pasta (I know I’m in beef country, but I had a bit of a drive) and it was light and delicious. The pasta was cooked perfectly, and once our service began, it was quite prompt. This is definitely a great spot to visit in Rawlins. Just remember, the town has a population of about 8,200, so adjust your expectations accordingly! Food: 5, Service: 3, Atmosphere: 4."

"Wings were so hard they were lethal weapons. Supposed to be a dry rub parmesan garlic and tasted like a rock with dust. Pizza was an 18 and came with 6 inches of hardened crust and the actual toppings kept sliding right off like there was no bottom bread to hold it to. Thought we would give this broke little town some business but there was a dominoes across the street we shouldve walked to instead. Tried to signal to my wife to leave the to-go box after i found out when we were leaving she didnt like it either but ended up taking it. Liquor was water as well. Im sure this is just someones job for income but i wouldnt charge that much for poor food and poor food quality. Good luck, Rawlins. Taco bell was two miles away."

"October 15,2024 my friends wife left an envelope with cash in it 2k to be exact. We try to call the Owner left messages ect. The Managers there keeps giving excuses that his not around or call back. We also left out phone numbers to call us back and nothing. We’re from out of state why we haven’t went in person. Wanted the owner to look at the cameras to see what really happened. Who knows he may be in on it also. But I would assume the Owner would like to know he has thief’s working for him and ain’t honest. Once we found out the envelope was left we back tracked hour and half and the staff said there was nothing found. Which couple were acting specious. "I had the worst brisket I've ever had in my entire life here. Tough and tastes like it's been reheated 5 different times. The bbq sauce is horrible as well. Service was real bad too. Waitress, who kept telling everyone normally she is a bartender, screwed up our order more than once and kept forgetting things we asked for and we had to keep going to her or reminding her. And it was way overpriced for the quality and service we got. The fried foods appetizer weren't bad so if you do stop here go that route but otherwise my advice is to keep driving and go somewhere else.
