Caffe Dolce 907 - Carte

I love this place. It's out of my way but I'm supporting a local business and a friend who just happens to make a great cup of coffee.

The white chocolate raspberry cheesecake we ordered was among the best cheesecakes I’ve ever tasted. We’ll definitely be ordering it again!

This is the best and most comforting café! We tried the sandwiches and cheesecake, and both were delicious. The atmosphere is perfect, making you want to linger longer.

I got the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake today...because clearly I’m not meant for the diet life...the staff there was so kind, and even with the crazy COVID-19 life we’re living they were friendly and personable while taking all the necessary precautions. I can officially die happy. Best. Cheesecake. Ever.

I just tried the ham and cheese Danish from the new vending machine at JBER, and it was fantastic! It was easy to locate in the food court and came out hot and fresh—way better than a drive-through at Starbucks! This is the first vending machine I've used that has a built-in oven, and it really makes a difference. It looked amazing and tasted even better! Great job! Voir le carte

After work, I swung by this restaurant craving their cheesecake, only to find out they were sold out. I recommend arriving early if you want to try it because their cheesecake is delicious! Instead, I opted for the green chile grilled cheese paired with tomato basil soup. It was a delightful combination of crunchy and creamy, though I felt both could have used a touch more seasoning. Overall, it was still really good!

We visited this restaurant with a larger group on a weekday morning, and we were all accommodated quite well. The food was excellent, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. I particularly enjoyed the savory Danish; they were hearty and perfect for eating on the go. The hot chocolate and cheesecakes were rich and delicious! Bobbi, the owner, is a lovely person, and the overall atmosphere is very relaxing. I highly recommend stopping by for a visit!

I absolutely adore this café for its amazing coffee, sandwiches, and desserts. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive every time I visit. The coffee is always top-quality, and they handle even my most complicated orders flawlessly. The sandwiches are some of the best I've had in Wasilla, and their freshly made cheesecakes are simply delightful. I've been here many times and plan to keep returning. I highly recommend trying their sandwiches; I had the 907 breakfast sandwich shown in the photo, and it was fantastic. It’s a shame the café is somewhat hidden away because it truly is a gem in the Wasilla area. If you get the chance, make sure to stop by! Voir le carte
