Big order and only 2 ranch they wanted to charge me extra for ranch and ketchup plus the bad customer service

Patty on burger tasted raw and wasn't cooked properly. But customer service is excellent. Interior is clean and welcoming.

Our stop here on our way to Oxnard, CA was delightful. The food was quick and tasty, and the exterior of the restaurant was well-maintained. Overall, everything was very good. Thanks for a great breakfast!

The prices were reasonable, and the gentleman who assisted us, I believe his name was Mark, was exceptional. He made us feel welcome and attended to us warmly. The food was spot on and incredibly fresh—definitely not what you would expect from a fast food place. We'll be sure to return every time we pass through the city!

Mt husband had already mentioned a bad experience he had at this place with the girl at the drive thru window, but I went recently with my brother and it I have to say it 's the same girl ashley who is incredibly rude. If it weren 't for her I thinkmany of us would be eating there mire often so I really hope the management team realizes the poor service this girl is givingto everyone!! Voir le carte

This place opens at different times , some days at 7 some days at 8 they need to update the hours on there website... it?s always a different time ! Like get it together! I honestly think they take a nap till 8am , I tried it a different day on thisday I ordered buiskit the bisket was hard as a rock the sausage patty had this very strong odor , so disgusting, stay away fromthis place food is never fresh

We received outstanding customer service from Ruby C. at the reception. Coming from Porterville, where the food is usually disappointing and seems hastily prepared, we decided to stop in Delano since it was conveniently located. We weren't expecting much, especially compared to our usual experience with Carl's Jr., but we were pleasantly surprised! The food was fantastic and almost looked like the pictures on the menu. Additionally, the restaurant was very clean, which added to the overall experience.

Most horrible and embarrassing experience. First of all they serve you raw chicken. I ordered a $15 chicken sandwich meal through drive thru. When I got home, I bit into my sandwich chicken was raw and small. I drove back to Carl?s Jr. to ask for arefund. I didn?t want drama I just wanted my refund. Mark (manager) just handle the situation poorly. He was not understanding.He doesn?t care for customers safety. He told me he could only refund me what I brought back. I brought back the sandwich somefries and soda and he refused to give me my full refund. He literally open up the chicken and shredded it in front of staff andcustomers eating in the restaurant .
