"I was in town and decided to check out some Dallas BBQ, so I found this place. Usually, when a restaurant is only open a few days a week and has limited hours, you can expect great food. I arrived around 10:45 AM and had to wait in line, but it wasn't too bad. The line moved fairly quickly, and they had everything ready to go. I sampled the pork ribs, mac and cheese, brisket, burnt ends, and crack pie. Everything was absolutely delicious, tasting more like elevated home cooking than the typical mass-produced BBQ. The burnt ends were phenomenal, with a crispy exterior and tender interior. The crack pie was tasty too, although quite sweet. The beans were also excellent, and you can't go wrong with anything you order here. I highly recommend trying this spot—definitely a 10/10!"

The pork ribs were the best I ever had. Brisket was amazing as well.

When a line forms half an hour before a restaurant opens, it's always a promising sign.

The owner, Todd, contacted me about the sausages and offered to replace them if I came in.

Ordered the brisket and burnt end baked beans, neither of which were particularly good. The brisket was very dry and overly peppered. Voir le carte

The BBQ here is good, but in comparison, my coworkers and I still prefer Pecan Lodge and Heim. The bacon burnt ends at those places are unbeatable.

I loved my sandwich. It had every meat on it lol, i forget the name of it. Ribs and brisket and cornbread was off the charts. The lady at the register was also awesomeee. The dine in area was also very convenient.

Hands down best Texas BBQ in all of Dallas. I've tried almost every Texas BBQ joint in Dallas and hands down cattleack serves the juiciest meat you have ever had. Not only do they use American wagyu beef but the bark that they develop on their smoked brisket and ribs is phenomenal. Try their crack cake at the end and trust me you will question what they put in it (I'm joking) but it's that good. If you are in Dallas you have to try this place. It's a must. The owners really love this place and are very delightful to talk to. 10/10 Voir le carte

If you have the opportunity to try their Pastrami Beef Rib, you absolutely must! It's incredibly tender, moist, and delicious—literally melts in your mouth. As a fan of smoked beef ribs, this pastrami-style preparation has made it the best beef rib I've ever had. It isn't inexpensive at $33.99 per pound, and each rib weighs around 2 pounds, but it's entirely worth it. You can truly taste the quality of the beef used. Plus, because it's so rich, you don’t need to eat a lot to feel satisfied—it's definitely a dish best enjoyed with others. I will certainly be returning, and I hope the pastrami will be available again when I visit!

Perhaps because I went early in the morning, the waiting line was short. The two of us went and ordered 1lb each of brisket and pork ribs (about 900g in total . It's quite filling for two adult men. It feels less greasy if you eat it with corn slaw. You have to eat it as soon as it comes out to enjoy the soft, warm, juicy flavor (if it cools, the juice dries up and becomes thick and sticky . It would taste better if you wrap it with brisket and corn slaw in bread. You can only pay by card. At the end of payment, you are asked if you want a tip, but since you don't receive any special service and just take it and eat it at the table, you skip it (depending on your personal choice...

"I visited today Botolino Gelateria Artigianale in Dallas, and I have to say, it was an unforgettable experience! Since they opened their first shop in 2015, I’ve heard so many great things about this gelateria, but nothing prepared me for the delightful treat that awaited me. After trying their gelato, I was so impressed that I even did my own research to understand the magic behind the flavors I was tasting. The moment I walked in, I could see why Botolino has become a favorite among locals. The gelato is crafted using traditional Italian methods, which gives it a creamy, rich texture that is simply divine. It’s no wonder they’ve won awards like “Best Gelato in Dallas” and have been recognized in various culinary competitions for their innovative flavors. The variety at Botolino is impressive. I tried the rich Pistachio, mascarpone with figs and the decadent Stracciatella. Each flavor was bursting with authentic taste, and I could truly appreciate the quality of the ingredients used. It was like taking a little trip to Italy with every bite! What really stood out to me was the friendly staff, who were eager to share their passion for gelato. They offered me samples and helped guide my choices, making the experience even more enjoyable. In short, my visit to Botolino Gelateria Artigianale was nothing short of amazing. If you’re in Dallas and looking for high-quality gelato, do yourself a favor and stop by. You won’t be disappointed—I know I’ll be back for more soon!"
