Chili's Grill - Carte

Attempted to dine in- place was 1/4 full. We were seated fast, waited over 15 minutes. Watched multiple people enter after us, get seated and place drink order and receive there utensils. My family and I got up and left, no one even looked ourdirection.

Unfortunately there was a hair in my food. Mandy the manager instead of being apologetic respectful she expected me to tell 3 different people I had a hair in my plate. Also assume I enjoyed my meal since I put the hair aside to finish my food since Ms Mandy was not made aware of the hair until 45 mins later. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

We stopped by for a quick lunch, hoping to unwind for about 45 minutes. However, it took almost 30 minutes just to receive our drinks. The staff was sluggish; the bartender repeatedly forgot our orders and requests, and the kitchen was incredibly slow with our soup/salad combo, burger, and lunch plate. This wasn't our usual restaurant, but since we were working in Ennis that day, we decided to give this location a try. Corsicana remains our favorite Chili's. We were seated quickly, but it turned out we were in a booth that didn't have an assigned server. We had to flag down the manager, and when a server finally came over, they clearly didn't want to be there. To make matters worse, the steak was tough to chew, the rice was dry and hard, and the pretty drink I ordered tasted like it had just been poured from a Pine-Sol bottle. I tried to apply as a server here. A sever with 10 years of experience. With a TABC license and a food handler’s certificate. After I had already applied on the link that they had available. Called to check on it, the woman “manager” said they absolutely do not hire servers there. I would have to apply as a host and then work my way up to a server. Idk how many times I’ve personally ate at this restaurant and they never have enough servers on the floor. So now we all know why they don’t have enough servers lol because they won’t hire any. I had an absolutely unfortunate experience at this restaurant. The waiter, Kennedy, was overheard on the walkie-talkie saying that she was watching us as if we were some sort of animals while I was trying to pay. Before that, when I asked for the check, she inquired whether I would be paying with cash or card. I mentioned I would use a card, and as we know, the transaction is typically completed using a machine. She took my card but then claimed that people had been leaving without paying.
