I would rate this restaurant 2 stars. The prices are high for the small portions you receive. When I went to the bathroom to wash my hands, the water was ice-cold! Overall, I was not impressed at all.

I have a strong appreciation for this restaurant. It has a unique atmosphere, and the food is absolutely delicious. The service is prompt, and the waitstaff are very professional. The prices are reasonable as well. I highly recommend it! Voir le carte

The service and atmosphere are amazing, but unfortunately, the quality of the food has been consistently declining. They couldn't even offer butter for the corn on the cob. I recently tried the restaurant again, but the boneless wings came out cold and without any buffalo sauce, plus the silverware was dirty. Prices keep going up while the quality continues to drop. I've finally reached my breaking point with this place.

During my initial visit to this restaurant, I dined alone and opted for the three-pick combo plate. The waitress was not only quick but also very friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. My only concern was the wait time for my meal, which took about 25-35 minutes. I couldn’t help but notice that a couple who arrived after me got their food at least a minute earlier. My husband and I dined at Chili's Grill and Bar in Shakopee, MN, at 4:00 PM on Friday, October 16, 2020. When we asked for menus, our waitress, Nicole, let us know that only five were available and that they would be getting new ones soon, which caught us off guard since the restaurant was not very busy. We decided to order the three-meat fajitas, which included steak, shrimp, and pork. The portions felt smaller and the prices seemed higher than we remembered, but the quality of the food was still good. While we appreciate the need to be conscious of our health, we thought it was unnecessary for the waitress to bring it up.

When our food finally arrived, it was incorrect. Although the errors were corrected, we had to wait again for clean silverware because we were initially given dirty utensils with food residue on them, which was quite unappetizing. Additionally, our bill was wrong, with extra items that we never ordered or received. I informed the waitress, who said she would let the manager, Tasha, know since she was the only one who could fix the bill. By this point, we just wanted to pay and leave, as the kids were getting restless after almost three hours in the restaurant.
