The service was underwhelming, and while the food was decent, our server brought us the wrong drinks and appeared disinterested throughout our visit. The waitress was very attentive to our needs. We did not have to flag her down for anything. Whenever we were thinking about asking her for anything there she was asking if we needed anything were we enjoy our meal. I'll go back to Chill's inNatchitoches because of our Waitress. I wish I could remember her name. She was approximate 5'3, had a unique short redhair, wore glass. I just want to say to my waitess thank you for been so kind dedicated to job yourcustomers. Our server was fantastic but the rest of the experience was terrible. We waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged at the door and had to request to be seated. Once we got the bartenders attention he seated everyone waiting at the door. We then waited 45 minutes for food, when it did come out, my husband's food was cold and had obviously been under a heat lamp for some time.
