Typically, the food here is decent, but my recent experience was disappointing. The waffles were extremely hard, and the chicken lacked any flavor—there were no honey chipotle, jalapeños, or sauces to enhance it. Everything was simply thrown into a styrofoam container without any care for presentation. Overall, it tasted like frozen chicken strips paired with frozen waffles. I was really let down.
