Chipotle Mexican Grill

I had to provide a meal today for 8 basketball girls figured chipotle would be a good choice! Boy was it ever, they loved it! I loved it!! I will so do it again!!!

there was an insect in the tear of my daughter. they took it very quietly to the counter, and they apologised and offered her a new meal, but not a hen she had paid.

I usually have a great experience here. I love Chipotle; if they get my order right, I typically give it five stars. The restaurant was quite clean, and the staff was very friendly. Overall, it was a really good experience. Voir le carte

Horrible attitudes. They rush you. And I specifically asked for nothing hot. Got the hottest thing I've ever tasted. Wasted $20 because due to med issues I can't eat hot stuff. Phone won't connect to the store. Last time at this location.

The location of this restaurant used to be great, but now it's disappointing. The woman in charge constantly oversells the steak, which has made me stop ordering it altogether. The customer service is terrible, and the portion sizes are shockingly small. For instance, she believes that five pieces of cheese in a bowl is an acceptable serving. When you ask for more, they charge you again. To make matters worse, they've even forgotten to add the cheese to my dishes. They've really lost their touch.

I mistakenly left an order at the restaurant for over an hour, and I was really disappointed because queensadillas aren't available in Austintown right now (the machine for making them is down). Despite that, I still placed my order. When I went to pay, the staff informed me that my bill had already been taken care of. I was completely caught off guard by this kind gesture. In terms of the food, it was delicious just like every Chipotle I've ever been to. The customer service was lacking for the most part. We stopped here on a 10 hour drive from Michigan to Maryland as a group of 8 with 3 small children. It was our first chance to get our littles out of the car and enjoy a meal at a restaurant we all enjoy. While our kids were antsy, they were reasonable in volume and activity, especially for their ages. They were respectful of the space. The server who took our order at the beginning (Courtney) was especially friendly, but otherwise the staff we interacted with were rude and unwelcoming.
