"We just moved to the area and we were really excited to see a local Italian stain 5 minutes from our house, and everyone we talked to suggested that we try. So we ordered take-out to give it a shot, and I will say the portion sizes are big! I ordered the shrimps Sampi, the shrimps, Italian sausage and paprika in a cream sauce (Alfredo), and my friend ordered spaghetti and meatballs. I asked for the Italian sausage to be on the side, and they did not take it at all, and there were no paprika to find. To supplement injuries, I counted four shrimps in my heap of noodles, which were invaded in Alfredo sauce. The spaghetti and meatballs had two meatballs with a shovel marina about 3 pounds of noodles. The Tiramisu took half the box that it came, but it was serious lack of taste and was very dense, that is the opposite of what I expect to be Tiramisu. Overall, very disappointed. If you like a lot about quality, this place is for you. Are you going to Olive Garden next time, because at least I? I'll get everything I ordered."

"I got the Desayuno Mexicano w/ a chocoflan and horchata for about $22 before tip. The place is tucked away in a mostly residential area and pretty unassuming in a small strip mall. There's a decent amount of parking, or at least there was for 3PM on a Tuesday. The interior is colorful with just some benches and tables, and the menu is extensive.The horchata was decent, but a little watered down. The breakfast was really good, flavor wise, but the eggs seemed a little dry like they'd been under a heat lamp. Otherwise, it was flavorful and fresh tasting. The chocoflan was the only real low part of the meal. It was dry and lackluster without any real flavor palate in either the cake or the flan portion. Super letdown.The man who took my order was nice, but the lady who gave it to me was sort of standoffish. She also forgot to give me my horchata but luckily I remembered before driving off 20 mins away."

"They offer both Chinese and Thai dishes on the menu. My husband ordered beef broccoli. I ordered 2 Thai dishes to try, even though the owner and the cook were from China. Big mistake! They short cut the ingredients for Thai dishes, therefore the food did not taste like Thai at all. And oyster sauce was not used in the beef broccoli, but a brown sauce instead. They should learn how to do Thai dishes right or remove them from the menu!"

"I will start off with the item that I foolishly passed up on. The as advertised incredible Baklava that I somehow refused to order. Knowing very well that it would have been the perfect crowning touch to a great Meal! Booo!???????????Oh well as I saidthe rest of The Food that I ordered was great. But honestly, knowing I had to run over 26 miles the next day was enough for me. My overall experience at Full Moon BBQ was what I expected; it was a solid place to enjoy Alabama-style barbecue. I ordered the chicken and baby back ribs combo, which was well-received by my stomach. The restaurant had plenty of space, so it didn’t feel overly crowded, allowing for some social distancing. Parking wasn’t an issue, as there were plenty of spaces in the commercial area. While I’m not certain about local public transportation in Alabaster, driving would be your best bet, and options like Uber and Lyft are readily available.
