We are visiting my brother in Bozeman and have heard amazing things about Copper. One of the most enjoyable aspects of this restaurant is its downstairs location, which gives it a unique vibe that feels like a blend of a speakeasy and a steakhouse. The ambiance is a perfect 5 out of 5! The drink selection is impressive as well. We both ordered the New York Strip, and it was delicious. The truffle fries... oh my goodness, they were incredible!
