The food was fantastic, and the customer service was excellent! I had the brisket sandwich with baked beans, and I also enjoyed the fried shrimp étouffée, with the shrimp served on the side, which I prefer!

This is the best BBQ I've ever had in New Orleans and Baton Rouge. The atmosphere is friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious— you can't go wrong here. I had never tried a stuffed potato before, but it was fantastic!

Stopped by for a quick bite while traveling and will definitely return next time we are in the area. Food was amazing and the portions were hefty. Meatloaf plate was my favorite and the brisket fell apart and melted in our mouths. Get there early if you can and don’t forget to try dessert also! Voir le carte

Workers were so kind and nice. Service was beyond speedy. The food was served hot and truly was delicious! I bought some seasonings to take home. I'm ready to go back already. Amazing stop and was actually affordable. Lots of locals which is always a good sign : Etouffee with two sides was plenty for two people.

My wife and I stopped here while traveling to Texas, and we were really impressed with the food. She ordered the shrimp po’boy with potato salad, while I had the fish dinner with mac and cheese and potatoes with gravy. We also shared the sausage appetizer, and everything was excellent. We will definitely be back!

10/23/2021 My first time in Baton Rouge and don’t know what is there to eat around here. So I google for a place to eat and came across this local BBQ joint. I took on the last person review and give it a try. I am impressed with the fast service and quality food served here. Staff deliver your food to your table. The BBQ was delicious. The first dish was moist brisket, sausage, potato salad and roasted Okra. Second dish was roasted shrimp baked potatoes all the way (a fan of fried shrimps warns - next time I will try sausages). The Peach-Kobbler was there. No pictures because we ate it before the camera got out. We'll be back a week later. This was about #1 order was sausage and moist brisket w/ baked beans (super tasty) and loaded potato casserole. #2 order 1/2 lb sausage sandwich with fried green beans (new Fav Veggie). Dessert was Blackberry Cobbler.

Very inviting BBQ aroma as soon as you drive up, roll down the window or exit the vehicle. Smiling faces behind the counter greeted me upon entry. Surprisingly broad menu options displayed, for what appears to be a hole in the wall from the exterior of the restaurant. I ordered a Loaded Potato with smoked sausage, all the way, and a side of queso. I also ordered a drink. I included a tip with my order which came out to a couple bucks over $20. I was very much pleased with my meal and plan to return here for a new food experience very soon! Delicious!

We ate here yesterday. It wasn't disappointed. At first the employees were exceptional. Not only did they work hard, but they were so welcoming, helpful and sweet. From the young lady who took our order and explains every step to Q that helped us a bunch of gift cards for the training we are doing here. Not only did she give us the 26 gift cards, but she took the time to put them in her sleeves and envelopes. Wow! Excellent service. For the food we ate before we bought the cards to make sure it was good. YUMMY! Her smoky BBQ sauce is amazing on her brisket, chicken and turkey. Her baked potatoes are the biggest I've ever seen.
