"We ate here yesterday. It did not disappoint. First, the staff were exceptional. Not only were they working hard, but they were so welcoming, helpful, and sweet. From the young lady who took our order and explained each step to Q who helped us purchase a bunch of gift cards for the training we are doing out here. Not only did she give us the 26 gift cards, but she took the time to put them in their sleeves and envelopes. Wow! Excellent service. Now for the food which we ate before we purchased the cards to make sure it was good. YUMMY! Their smoky BBQ sauce is amazing on their brisket, chicken, and turkey. Their baked potatoes are the largest I've ever seen. Their toppings were generous."

Easily the best BBQ I?ve had in the New Orleans and Baton Rouge area. Friendly environment and delicious food, can?t go wrong with here. Never had stuffed potato like this but it?s amazing!

The food was fantastic, and the customer service was excellent! I had the brisket sandwich with baked beans, and I also enjoyed the fried shrimp étouffée, with the shrimp served on the side, which I prefer!

My wife and me stopped here on our way to Texas. Food was great. She had the shrimp po boy with potato salad and I had the fish dinner with mac n cheese, mashed potatoes with gravy.We also had the sausage appetizer. Everything was excellent. Definitely will come back.

10/23/2021 My first time in Baton Rouge and don’t know what is there to eat around here. So I google for a place to eat and came across this local BBQ joint. I took on the last person review and give it a try. I am impressed with the fast service and quality food served here. Staff deliver your food to your table. The BBQ was delicious. The first dish was moist brisket, sausage, potato salad and roasted Okra. Second dish was roasted shrimp baked potatoes all the way (a fan of fried shrimps warns - next time I will try sausages). The Peach-Kobbler was there. No pictures because we ate it before the camera got out. We'll be back a week later. This was about #1 order was sausage and moist brisket w/ baked beans (super tasty) and loaded potato casserole. #2 order 1/2 lb sausage sandwich with fried green beans (new Fav Veggie). Dessert was Blackberry Cobbler.
