I had a wonderful breakfast with excellent service. It's a fantastic spot to gather with friends. The food is consistently fresh and served hot.

The staff was quite busy, and we waited about 15 minutes, which wasn't too bad. Once we were attended to, our waiter was excellent, the service from the manager was also fantastic, and the food was delicious. Thank you!

Smokehouse order breakfast. Everything was as ordered. Great food as usual. Our waitress was super attentive and pleasant do not remember her name. I think it started with a T. I even brought a piece of cake for my birthday. That's wonderful. Thank you. Voir le carte

As a weary truck driver, having traveled from Atlanta in a single day with two stops, I found this restaurant to be an incredible reset for the soul. The beautiful and refreshing walk from the truck stop was just what I needed, and the food and service were outstanding!

I rated this restaurant two stars because the food was mediocre. My loaded potato was lacking, with only a small amount of sour cream, butter, and a sprinkle of cheese, and it wasn't even served hot. The soup was lukewarm as well. For my dining experience (dinner), the price was reasonable, around $10–20 per person. Overall, I would rate the food a 2, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 4.

Normally I would rate Cracker Barrel 5 stars but this time I was a little unhappy with the food and the service. It took about 25 minutes from order to food being served. I ordered a side on hash brown casserole and pinto beans. The food had been sitting for some time as the hash browns were barely warm and the pinto beans had cooled enough to have formed a skin on top of the beans. The pinto beans were barely warm so not very enjoyable. The restaurant had a large staff on duty and we were seated as soon as we got to the hostess corner so staffing was not the problem. Who doesn't love Cracker Barrel? We stopped by most recently, on our way to Illinois. The staff was extremely nice, we didn't have to wait at all for a table, our order came out really fast, and the food was really good. I got a fried chicken special they were having and I have to say, it was a lot of food. I was expecting a couple pieces, but it came with 4 and 2 sides. Needless to say I needed a box. On the way out, we stopped and looked in the shop, which is always a must. I ended up finding Cream Savers which I hadn't seen since I was a kid. All in all, it was yet another great visit to Cracker Barrel.

The food was exceptional, earning a perfect 5 out of 5. The service was equally impressive, with attentive and friendly staff making the experience even better. The atmosphere was delightful, creating a welcoming and enjoyable setting. I highly recommend trying the Half-Pound Hamburger Steak—it was delicious! Overall, a wonderful dining experience for a great price.

I visited this restaurant on a Tuesday evening, and it wasn't overly crowded. The server was very attentive and did a good job, but the wait for our food felt excessively long. They had completely run out of chicken and dumplings, which the guests behind us discovered 25 minutes after placing their order, forcing them to choose something else. They ended up waiting a total of 45 minutes to be served. Our wait wasn’t quite that long, but it was longer than we anticipated. On the plus side, the food was tasty and served hot, and I was pleasantly surprised by the portion size of the fried shrimp.
