Terrible experience... definitely not worth the money. The waiter was nice, but the management had a terrible attitude. The food did not meet expectations, and we ended up leaving without eating. I would never return and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

It resembles Joe's Crab Shack. The seafood was delicious and cooked to perfection. However, the atmosphere was lacking. The serving style was a bit unusual, with paper laid out on the table along with plastic forks and bibs; plates would have been a nice addition.

This place was great. Sorry can't remember our server, but he was on point. The food was really good. Paper.on table, food in a bag. So good. This place was fantastic. I'm sorry I can't recall our server's name, but they were exceptional. The food was delicious. They use paper on the tables and serve the food in a bag, which was great. There aren’t many authentic seafood shacks down here in the South that are worthwhile, but this one definitely is. Excellent job all around. We’ll definitely be returning.

Ordered a take out broil. Spent 80$, got home was so disappointed. The potatoes weren't cooked , corn was mussy, crab legs were rubber, half the muscles were empty, and it had like 4 shrimp in the whole thing. Not what we expected for the money spent. Weusually go to wing box co. But he wanted muscles and they don't have them. Called spoke to the manager he said he would refundus if we brought it back. Smh lol We took it back. He was nice but come on.

I ordered a takeout broil for $80 and was incredibly disappointed when I got home. The potatoes were undercooked, the corn was mushy, the crab legs were rubbery, half the mussels were empty, and there were only about four shrimp in the entire order. This was not at all what we expected for the price. We usually go to Wing Box Co., but we wanted mussels this time, and they don’t offer them. I called and spoke to the manager, who said he would issue a refund if we brought the order back. We did take it back, and while he was nice, it was still frustrating. Voir le carte

I recently ordered three boils for Mother's Day dinner, and none of them included the potatoes or sausage, and the corn was overcooked and mushy. When I called to address the issue, they were not apologetic at all. I even mentioned that I had seen a previous bad review about their failure to include all the food that should come in the bags, but I decided to give them another chance, hoping it was just a one-time mistake. Unfortunately, they still showed no remorse, and the so-called manager was on the verge of being rude. I will never return and cannot recommend this place. They also season the bags way too much.

First time trying crustaceans and unfortunately we won?t be going back. We went to Midlothian but isn?t even willing to go to any other location. We ordered a seafood bag and advised the waitress to take out the sausage since the only option was pork,the waitress then informed us everything is cooked all together meaning the corn, seafood, sausage and potatoes all in 1 pot sotaking out the sausage wouldn?t help if you?re allergic to pork. For this reason my boyfriend didn?t order a bag but I still didand it was horrible! Food was luke warm, garlic butter was water with alot of minced garlic, seasoning you couldn?t even tastebecause it was watered down. Nice sized seafood but nothing in the b...
