Dirtwater Springs - Carte

Great place to eat! The fish fry is fabulous, especially the pineapple coleslaw it comes with. Chicken fingers were great. Homemade tartar sauce was yummy! The atmosphere is very cool, like an old west bar. Service was outstanding. Highly recommended!

Don't order the fried chicken. No breading just fried. Waited 40 mins for it to come out it was overfried and dry. Reminded me of the Griswold family turkey! Badly dissapointed...service wasn't even all that. I think i could have got a better chicken at Walmart!

Had sirloin, pineapple coleslaw asparagus the 1st time sirloin, baked potato and salad the 2nd. Sweet tea is not really sweet, potato was small, coleslaw was awesome and the steak was good. He had Mac and cheese with BBQ brisket. Service could have been better but they were all nice. Voir le carte

Fun spot in Apache Junction. We ordered a burger, ahi salad and chicken fried steak. The burger was really flavorful and ahi salad was good. We ordered two drink specials. They were uniquely made but a little weak in my opinion and mostly ice. The server was very nice and upbeat. I would come back again.

A bit pricey. The nic nacs have an inch of dust on them above your head while you eat. The meatloaf was very good. Mash potatoes were spectacular. I saw someone at the next table get a hamburger. It looked large and quite good. Service was good, but i could tell she was really working hard to keep up. I will come back for sure.

We had dinner here my wife had a Reuben it was a nice size and a good sandwich. I had the meatloaf it was very undersized The food itself was very good but it looked like a portion you would give a 10-year-old child or an 80-year-old woman certainly not an average portion. Just ate their tonight. Last time for sure. Three different nights we’ve eaten at Dirtwater. Nasty food. Onion rings were brought cold and greasy. Said they’d adjust the bill but didn’t. Ordered dessert to go. Peach cobbler was burnt on the bottom. Pretty pricey at $7.00 for a small piece. Save your money and eat at home. Bad bad experience four times in a row

First off we have been in 4 times this season. Would have rated because we have had great experiences and not so great. Stopped in with a couple of friends the burgers and fish was excellent. So we recommended going with another group of 8. Six of us ordered medium burgers of the 6 one, one! of us got medium. The rest got black dried out burgers. If I remember correctly they gave us $0.60 off because we ate the burgers any way because they were busy. 3rd time did not order burger and the food was excellent. The last time we went I tried the burger at medium again well same story and more like medium well and nearly dried out. Not so busy that afternoon. Good place to eat just don’t order a b...

This review is for a dining experience from mid July. I must have seen this place after one of my hikes out east and we finally stopped in for dinner one Saturday, early evening. Its decor as I expected a diner in Apache Junction to have. A lot of wood, taxidermy animals, and other old nick knacks. The parking lot is pretty large but definitely needs re paved and the lines re painted. They were almost invisible. Luckily we got there relatively early for dinner and there were not many cars for us to worry about.
