"I called to inquire about the gluten content in their pizza sauces, and the manager responded quite rudely. He mentioned that the sauce packaging states it is 99.9% gluten-free. When I asked if the nutrition label noted any "contains wheat ingredients" in bold, he launched into a long-winded explanation about how, in 2024 America, nothing can be guaranteed to be gluten-free and that there is a risk of cross-contamination in their restaurant. He claimed that if you're "Celiac," you only have a 0.01% chance of getting sick. I told him that his lengthy response was unnecessary and made things more confusing, to which he retorted, "well, this probably isn’t the place for you," before hanging up on me. Overall, this was a disappointing experience with poor customer service. I certainly wouldn't recommend this place if you have Celiac disease."

The server could benefit from immediate training, as they seem to be inattentive when I am speaking.

The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, the service was satisfactory, and the drinks, priced at $7 for a White Claw, felt a bit pricey. However, the view from the deck was absolutely amazing. Voir le carte

This restaurant is outstanding, offering delicious food at an average price of $10 to $20 per person. Both the food and service, as well as the ambiance, were rated 4 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Whiz Bang Burger!

They have Elvis and Johnny Cash performers outside in the deck. Music inside. The wait staff is friendly. We always go to dockside at least once during g our stay. We kids enjoy the waffle fries and they have plenty of good food on the menu. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Solid place! You get exactly what you’d expect from a bar and grill of this kind. My expectations were met, and my hunger was satiated. We ordered fries, cheese curds, and pizza. A delightful and satisfying carbohydrate-driven feast! We also thought the resident band, Passion, was campy and fun. They had wedding band vibes in the best way. Voir le carte

I spent ten years in the service industry, and this summer I had the best service I've ever experienced at Dockside, thanks to a server named Maddie. She was outstanding—rapidly correcting a mistake in my order and confidently suggesting items from the menu and specialty drinks. Now, I always request to be seated in Maddie's section for excellent service. I highly recommend asking for her as your server for an unforgettable dining experience!

We arrived at the restaurant about an hour after placing our order. Our drinks were empty, and we were searching for a waiter, but none were in sight as they were all on the deck. Eventually, we asked a nearby grocery store how much longer our order would take, only to find out that it had never even been entered. The waiter eventually showed up after being alerted by the food runner and initially tried to blame the kitchen for the delay. However, he later confessed that he had simply forgotten to place our order. Not wanting to wait another hour, we decided to leave and find dinner elsewhere. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time we'd had a disappointing experience at this restaurant.

"Our experience at Antler’s Restaurant was incredibly disappointing. My husband and I had a dinner reservation for 6:00 PM, which I made through Open Table and received confirmation for. We were staying at the Breezy Point Resort and were looking forward to a nice, upscale dinner to celebrate our last evening there. We arrived just after 6 and were promptly greeted at the host stand. They found our reservation and seated us at a two-person table, complete with water already placed for us. I was feeling optimistic. We took a quick look at the menu but decided to set it aside for a moment, wanting to order drinks first and savor the moment. We chatted as we sipped our water, watching as another couple at a four-top enjoyed their salads and appetizers. After about 10-12 minutes, we noticed another party of four being seated next to us. We exchanged glances, thinking, “Let’s see how this goes.” Shortly afterward, a server attended to the new group, taking their drink orders and sharing specials. We thought, “Alright, our server should be here soon.” However, more time passed, and soon we were out of water. Nobody had approached us. We considered leaving if no one showed up in the next 20 minutes. Then, we saw yet another four-person party being seated behind us. They were immediately approached by a different server who took their drink orders too. At this point, over 20 minutes had passed, and it was clear we were being overlooked. My husband stepped outside, while I headed to the host stand to speak with someone. I requested to talk to the manager, only to be informed that there wasn’t one on duty, as the restaurants were all interconnected. One staff member suggested I speak with a server, but I insisted I wanted to discuss the situation with someone in charge. After a few minutes of waiting, a man named David came out. I explained our experience. When I inquired about which server was assigned to our table that evening, he didn’t know. I asked how the restaurant manages its sections, and again he had no answer. He looked around and remarked that he couldn’t understand how we had waited so long when the place wasn’t even busy. I replied, “Exactly.” David then offered to bring over the server who was supposed to wait on us, but I told him, “That’s not my issue; it’s yours.” I asked if there was anything he could do to make things right, to which he simply responded, “I don’t know.” Ultimately, he couldn’t explain what had gone wrong, had no knowledge about the server assignments, and wasn’t in a position to offer any compensation. A good manager would have apologized, asked us to return to our table, and discussed how to make it right. Instead, we received nothing. In summary, this experience teaches a valuable lesson: Beware. Think twice about dining here, and then reconsider again."
